Keep the dryer and iron home because they have a different electrical current in Europe and unless you have a transformer (or the hotel does) you will not be able to use them. I tend to pack shampoo and lotion (travel size) just in case. Sometimes my hair reacts to shampoo that is different from what I normally use. 3 days!!! Have fun. Love that you had so many bags of items to give away.
You might not find dryers in every hotel, depends on what sort of places you're staying... but yours, even with the adapter, will likely blow out the fuse and be ruined. I'd bring travel samples...I doubt you'll find what you use at home.
I'm impressed with your clean out...I need to do the same. Getting excited for you : )
I wouldn't bring the electronics different power source although you could buy the adapter. I would bring travel samples and check while your there to see if they have similar brands. Good luck!!!
I am not familiar with travel in Europe, sorry. But, I will say this. I use shampoo to wash things out if I need them. I just take it all into the shower with me. Roll it all up in a towel for a few minutes and then hang to dry. Always ready to go the next day. I can hear the excitement in your voice. I know you are going to have a ball. Love Vegas...glad you had fun. I found some good denim capris at Kohl's this week.
Sounds like you are getting everything done for your trip and that is so exciting! I would leave the hair dryer and iron at home - they have them in the hotels plus their plugs/electrical outlets are different - Can't remember if you are going to Germany or not but in Germany they do not even allow irons in the hotel rooms - they will iron your stuff as a service.
I would definately bring shampoos and conditioners - the ones they have in the hotel are not always the best and for some reason whenever I travel to Europe it changes my hair (hard to explain) so bring your own GOOD products and your hair will love you. Also, DO NOT bring the travel sized ones - shampoo and conditioner and lotions do not weigh enough to make a difference and you will be much happier with quality products for your hair and skin. I always put mine in ziplock bags, and get the air out of the bag in case they leak a little.
Okay first you show me that yummy gyro and now the caramel apples.. You sure know how to make a Prego smile.. Yummy.. If I was close to you I would have been right over to help you with those apples..
Yeah on all of the cleaning and finding more tops to use..
If you take shampoo and rinse make sure it is not over 6 oz. The last time I flew a month ago they took mine as it was more than 6oz. However, you could probably take several travel size. This might be more convenient anyway as you could throw the used ones away.
Love a good drawer cleaning! I have no suggestions for you as some of us...ahem...have never really travelled...well, except to visit family which doesn't count. Oh, and i just spotted the "brought these home from Vegas" candy apples...yum!
good for you for getting rid of all those bags of things you don't need any more! hope you find the capri pants you are looking for! I'm the worst traveler so can't offer advice on what to bring or not to bring, but it sounds like you got lots of great advice on it from other comments! those apples look delicious!!!
I say leave the blow dryer...those are standards. Your flat iron and shampoo are a must. Try leaving out an extra pair of shoes...take your jacket on the plane. I am so jealous! Have fun.
I am allergic to all kinds of fragrances, so I always bring my own shampoos and such. The places we stayed when I last traveled overseas did not have shampoos or lotions for the most part, but did have hairdryers.

You are one busy girl my friend. I know I need to do some major cleaning out, but I keep putting it off lol.
I have no advice for European travel ... so I'll leave the advice to the "experts". ;-)
I'm so glad that blogger has finally decided to cooperate with you!
I'm so excited for you ... it's almost time!

Are you even allowed to bring lotions and such with you? Or is that just a carry-on situation?
Now you're making me feel like I need to get busy and clean out the closets. Again. Dang it. LOL

Whooo hooo your trip is almost here!
You are an awesome bowler! And leave the hair dryer and iron at home. Don't waste the weight. :)

I wish you a good good trip...do take plenty of photos. Trish
Glad you had fun. Have a wonderful time in Europe.
FIRST off yummy to the caramel apples!!
I always bring the shampoo but you can always pick some up while your there, since it not very expensive items!
I would call the hotel and see what they have most have iron's and hair dryers, not sure about Europe though. But give them a call or email.
WAY to go on the clothes!!!
YUM room services I think I've had it once lol.
Way to go on bowling!

I rarely use a hair dryer and never an iron, so I can't speak to that. But I'd skip the shampoo and buy some there if it turns out you need it.
I am allergic to all kinds of fragrances, so I always bring my own shampoos and such. The places we stayed when I last traveled overseas did not have shampoos or lotions for the most part, but did have hairdryers.
