TBT: 1972 in the townhouse we bought in Bolingbrook, IL when we got married. We were into very modern furniture at that time.
Notice my short hair?? When we returned home from our honeymoon I had my long blonde hair cut into a pixie. I think I wanted to be Twiggy!

I like old photos and when i watch a movie i can guess what year it was made because of the looks of hair the people have... my son looked very much like this photo in 1974 and i love the pixie

ReplyDeleteI have a ton of pictures of our Germany trip in the mid-70s and my mom had that same haircut. Her fiance had one like your husband's. Styles haven't been as dramatic as they were in the 50s-80s. I sometimes wish they were! Everything's so bleh nowadays.

Bolingbrook. My parents lived there for many years, long after I got married. I'm not from IL. They moved there the year I got married in Colorado.
