3. Spring into action, spring in your step, spring to life, spring to one's feet...which spring idiom currently applies to your life in some way? Explain.
Actually I would like to do all of those right now but it's not happening with my ankle issue. Things have gotten really depressing on my end but I will push forward and try to be happy.
4. Which spring food from this list is your favorite? What's a dish you like that includes your favorite spring ingredient?
asparagus, strawberries, salad greens like mesclun, artichokes, spinach, eggs, peas, spring onions
I like spinach a lot. I saute it and add eggs, scrambling it together. I eat salad greens and I like asparagus too.
5. What's one task on your spring cleaning list? Do you actually have a list?
I do not have a Spring cleaning list but everything needs to be cleaned. I'm am pushing myself daily to accomplish something that needs to be cleaned.
6. Insert your own random thought here.
We saw Adam, Gabby and James on Friday night last week. It was a great evening. We played some Bunko, had pizza. Also Papa and James had a lot of fun playing with some small nerf guns.
It will be awhile before we see them, they are going on a cruise. We will be going to their house for Easter Sunday.

James is probably better on the laptop than I am, he is so smart. love the cool nights/hot days of Florida spring. Do NOT care for the high pollen count...
Hi Debby,
Oh yes, your California weather, each time I have visited California I say, I would love to live here because of the weather. ;-)
Hope you receive some answers regarding our ankle.
I am glad you got to see James and family, I know it cheers you up.
xo
That is something to have 100 degree weather in the Spring. I do hope things cool down to Springish temps soon. It is a blessing to have some of your family close by to be able to enjoy time with them. Doing a little at a time is a good system. Take care.
I did see on the news that you all were having that heat wave, Debby. Not much of a spring! It's always wonderful to see James' smiling face. I hope they have lots of fun on that cruise, too. Blessings!
These March temperatures are something else! Tom's daughter said it was 105* this weekend in Phoenix!
Fresh spinach and eggs sounds wonderful; I'm going to buy a bag and do that soon.
Hi Debby, I do not like these hot temperatures. I missed a Disney day last Friday because of the heat. I like to add different things to my scrambled eggs, and I need to get spinach. I love cruising! Nice picture of James at the computer. Stay cool this week.
I'm glad you've got some nice Easter plans with family. We have plenty of sunshine but lots of humidity here. I don't actually mind the heat though as long as I'm near water. Or have air conditioning! I have been soaking my foot/ankle in a tub of super hot water (as hot as you can stand it) mixed with 1 cup of epsom salts, 2 TBSP baking soda, a piece of fresh ginger, and 1/4 cup of lemon juice. It feels good and seems to be helping. Supposedly the magnesium in epsom salts helps draw out toxins. It certainly won't hurt to try and I find it feels good. I've just started it so will see if it provides some long term relief.
Children are often better with laptops and tables or ipads then us older people
That heat dome sucks, and I’m so sorry about your ankle. Love and prayers.
We've had a few days that felt like spring but it's still been a little too cold. My favorite thing about spring is seeing everything turn green again.
I have heard it is hot out there right now. Wish it would cool down. Are you going to watch their house while they are gone?
I love spring flowers.
100??? UGH. We had a day around 80 and then it snowed the next day. I think things are starting to average out now. :)
