This week though I gave myself permission to eat whatever I wanted but I had to measure out what the portion size was and keep track of what I ate/drank. It really helped me to see how much I was eating and what I thought a portion size was versus what a real portion size was for calories. I've done pretty good as far as keeping within a calorie range. Need to cut it back a little to lose weight (I saw I need to eat between 1200-1550 calories a day to lose weight; I'm 52). I've been just around at 2000. So its a work in progress,but I feel for the first time in a long time I'm getting some self control :)

I'm rooting for you! I know you can do this!
