That's what I said to my niece on the birth of her grandchild on Wednesday May 2nd. I told her that having a grandchild is the icing on the cake of life! I am so happy for her.
I have been enjoying all the precious photos of her grandson. I get to meet him in about 7 weeks and I can't wait!
Isn't this a precious photo. That's my dad looking at his great great grandson and my sister looking at her great grandson. You have my dad, my sister, her daughter, my nieces daughter and now my great nieces son....that's five generations!
So I'm here to tell you that my icing is on the way!
That's right, I'm going to be a grandmother in October.
