WEDNESDAY HODGEPODGE #613

1. On July 29th 1957 The Tonite Show premiered with Jack Parr as it's host. This marked the beginning of the modern day talk show. Do you watch any daytime or late night talk shows today? Do you have any thoughts on the hubbub surrounding the cancellation of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, or are you more in the camp of 'who is Stephen Colbert? 

I actually watch Andy Cohen depending on who the guest is for the day. I know who Colbert is but I have never watched him. 

2. What's the best part of your day? 

Probably in the late afternoon when Mark and I sit down and watch The Five. We often have a glass of wine, then he talks to Amber before we have dinner. Then we shower before bedtime. We love going to bed clean. However, if we have someplace to go the next day we will shower again. FYI

3. What's something your generation does that you actually dislike? 

I'm not sure I have an answer for that. 

4. When you cook do you clean as you go, or clean it all up once you're finished cooking? What's the last thing you cooked/baked in your own kitchen? 

I think that most of the clean up is after we eat. Mark's been doing most of the cooking but I do try to help with the cleanup. 

5. Sum up your July in ten words or less. 

It has been very challenging with my lung issues. (Not sure if I mentioned that insurance denied the new medication. Not sure what will happen next)

6. Insert your own random thought here. 

This came up the other day in memories so I showed it to Adam, Gabby and James. 

That's Adam with the puppies. Our dog Abby had 10 puppies. It was a fun experience. We even had a Chicago newscaster that bought one from us.
