Thank you Joyce for our questions each week.
1. How many students were in your high school graduating class? Did you know most, if not all of them?
I don't remember but I would think there were a few hundred of us. I knew a large amount of students. I got along with many different groups. We were the Class of 1969!
2. What was the last thing you photographed?
The last thing I photographed was the Hoover Dam in Nevada/Arizona. Oh wait, it was maybe the cheesecake at Fogo de Chao later in the day on Sunday.
3. Pickles-love 'em or loathe 'em? If its love what's something you eat that needs a pickle?
I love pickles but don't eat them very often. I think pickles go well with a sandwich.
4. What's a stereotype you seem to perpetuate without meaning to?
I got this one wrong so I removed it. I guess it's about me not those I talk about often. Maybe the dumb blonde but I'm not dumb, I just don't retain information.
5. Ever been horse back riding? If so is it something you enjoy? If not, do you have any interest? Did you watch the Kentucky Derby? Will you be watching the last leg of the Triple Crown this weekend?
Yes I have been several times. I normally don't watch the Derby or Triple Crown. I do go to the races with my dad when I'm in Florida. Also, we have a Groupon for a horseback riding wine tour in Temecula, CA. So I will be going in the next few months!
6. What's your favorite 'wedding' movie?
Okay, that's a hard one, I know I have more than one. I will say My Best Friends Wedding with Julia Roberts. I also like The Wedding Planner with Jennifer Lopez and her movie Mother-in-Law with Jane Fonda. I love, love, loved The Hangover!

7. What is one 'tourist attraction' in the USA that you'd like to see in person?
I have seen several but one I haven't seen and really, really want to is The Statue of Liberty so it's on my bucket list!
8. Insert your own random thought here.
As you know I was in Las Vegas Friday thru Monday. I'm tired and haven't felt like blogging or reading posts so I headed to the show yesterday. I will be writing a post about my awesome weekend and hopefully get caught up on reading posts by the end of the week. (Just imagine how tired Mark is. We got home Monday morning so he could catch a flight to Brazil in the evening!)

There are a lot of good wedding movies! I googled the list and wow, it's quite long! Looking forwarded to your recount of your trip.
Horesback riding in the wine country sounds like so much fun!
Only bloggers understand the need to photograph a piece of cheesecake : )
Glad you had a great weekend!
There are so many places in the US to see! I've read a few posts when the poster mentioned NYC. I think we should plan a Wednesday Hodgepodge meet-up in NYC! :)
Wow I didn't realize Temecula had horse backing wine tours! How fun! Honestly when we lived in that area we just visited a few of the wineries, love wine, just never thought of going to them :)
I remember our graduating class started out at over 700 students as freshmen and we graduated just over 500 four years later. Son's graduation class five years ago was 632 kids.
Glad you had a good time in Las Vegas; looking forward to reading the highlights when you post them :)
betty
And I was the class of 1970! :) No horse back riding for me.....I did that twice and both were awful experiences! I had forgotten about the movie MotherinLaw but I loved it so that's a good one!
Have a great rest of the week and rest!
You will love the Statue when you go....and be sure to visit Ellis Island when you go there....both are very emotional places to me. I have been many times.
Can't wait to hear about your trip--and see that cheesecake :)
Yes, I'll bet your hubby was exhausted!
Wow, I love your answers!
Can't wait to see your photo's of your trip!
Looking forward to reading about your trip!
Stereotypes make me mad because no two people are ever alike, ever, and especially not for something they didn't choose but have in common. I am repulsed that gay marriage is even a topic for discussion. When I was little I pretty much figured people fell in love and they got married. It never occurred to me that there was ever a rime that you couldn't be with someone because they were a different religion or a different pigmentation. My Barbie dated Brad, who was the "black Ken" back when the dolls weren't segregated and all had their own identities and lived in the same toy box. (different rant all together) But in this day and age it amazes me that we haven't grown as a country to realize what little kids do; you fall in love with someone and you get married if you want; no big deal.
Sorry about ranting in your comments, Debby! Feel free to stop by and rant in mine any time! :)
What EVER did we do before digital cameras?!!!!! I have taken pictures of food, flora, fauna, and everything in between. I think "BEFORE DIGITAL" I only took pictures of growing children and vacations.
Can't wait to see your Vegas photos.
So many places in the US to see! Can't wait to see pics!
Good information - I like pickles too - I had 771 students in my class - and I like that show too. sandie
I am going to have to watch "My Best Friend's Wedding". I don't think I have seen that one. I like Julia Roberts though so it should be good.
Have a great week :)
Where is that cheesecake picture?
It was fun to read that and learn a bit more about you.
I'd love to see the Statue of Liberty too. Hope you get the rest you need.
The statue of Liberty is awesome. You have to take a ferry to get onto the island. It's a beautiful view of New York and New Jersey. I was in awe standing at the bottom of Miss Liberty and looking up at her. I am not a big city person, but I did enjoy the Statue of Liberty during our NYC trip.
The statue of Liberty is also on my bucket list. You visited Vegas a city I love but have not been in a few years.
Hope you get some rest and if you can come by and join my giveaway by Novica.
Love
Maggie
We are leaving and it is hard to post and blog when there is so much to do. I love my best friends wedding also:)
Cheesecake sounds so good! Perhaps just like you shouldn't grocery shop when hungry you shouldn't read blogs when hungry because anything anyone mentions will be calling your name all day :) Hope you had fun in Vegas!!
I love pickles but only dill pickles. Last year we canned our own and they have been great! We still have 2 jars left.
Oh I'm betting you would love the Statue of Liberty in NYC
Hope you get rested up from your last adventure. Take care of you!
Horse back riding wine tour sounds so fun....and I love your movie choices all good ones. I've seen the Statue of Liberty many times but never up close on the island just from the ferry. Hope you won big in Vegas! Have a wonderful weekend!
A wine tour on horseback??? Where do I sign up? LOL That sounds like a blast!
Sorry about the no reply to my comments I will go on there tonight and see if I can figure out how to change it
Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I am not real good with computers.
Love
Maggie
Hey, Deb! When you are ready to go to NY to see the Statue of Liberty, call me. I also want to see the Liberty Bell. Class of '69?! My class of '74 had 33 good-lookin' people! Yes, 33, and we were very close friends. Love your answers. Have a great weekend!
We graduated 83 in 1983. I know, we are kind of awesome like that...
