1. What's something you're never too young or too old to enjoy?
Ice Cream....first thing that popped into my mind!
2. Share one happy memory from your high school years.
Meeting my husband Mark! We were not even dating yet but I remember we would see each other between one particular class....he would smile and me....I would blush :)
3. A nationwide strike of fast food employees took place in the U. S. last week...they're calling for higher wages and the right to unionize? Your thoughts?
Didn't even know! Not sure how I feel about it.
4. September is National Honey Month...what's a favorite dish you make or eat that calls for honey?
I don't have one. I can only think of putting honey on a roll from KFC and I haven't done that in forever.
5. If you notice someone with a tag sticking out, a button unbuttoned, a shirt on inside-out, or some leftover lunch stuck between their teeth do you say something or do you keep quiet?
I always, always say something whether I know the person or not. I would hope someone would tell me!
6. What movie always makes you cry? Or at least makes you feel like crying?
Terms of Endearment
7.'Mary Had a Little Lamb' was written in May of 1830, and published inJuvenile Miscellany in September of that same year. Now for the fun part...create your own four line rhyme using that same tune.
Skye B had a little ball
Whose skin no longer showed
Every where that Skye B went
Here ball was sure to go!

We didn't do much over the weekend. Mark worked in the yard a lot and we watched two movies on DVD. We did however go out on Sunday for a few hours. We went to the 12:05 pm $5. showing of R.I.P.D. (Rest In Peace Department) IMDb which Mark had been wanting to see. Ice Cream....first thing that popped into my mind!

He is a big fan of Jeff Bridges and I like him too along with Ryan Reynolds. It was actually more entertaining then I thought it would be. It reminded me a little bit like a Men in Black movie. Then we went and had lunch at Claim Jumper.
"A recently slain cop joins a team of undead police officers working for the Rest in Peace Department and tries to find the man who murdered him."

I answered with Terms of Endearment, too. Those movies where the mamas have to bury their daughters just get me every time!
candy popped in my head, any and all chocolate candy..
the only happy memory i had of high school was the day i graduated and never had to go back again.
i love honey stirred in peanut butter and on toast or a bagel.
I always tell someone about the tag.
i cry in all sad movies but the one that i boo hooed out loud was Old Yeller. I cried in Hooch, in K-9, in Cujo, so that say it all about me.
i always tell someone if i see something like a tag or unbuttoned shirt, etc.
Since I've started drinking some hot teas, I'm using more honey. Some of those, I just can't stomach without a little honey. LOL
Sounds like a good movie, Debby; we'll have to check it out in a few months when it comes to rent. Ice cream is always a favorite of mine too I do believe. I am with you; I'm not sure about unions. I think they are good things for some industries; I know if we had a union in my work, there would be less (or no) jobs going offshore and we would be paid what we are worth, it could be an interesting debate.
have a good Wednesday,
betty
We both answered "ice cream" for #1! Great minds think alike, huh?
Cute little rhyme about Skye and her ball :)
Ahh...yes, never too old for ice cream! YUM! OK, seems like "Terms of Endearment" brings a lot of us to tears. I can't get through it without bawling...and I've seen it numerous times!
Well, first I have to say good for you for trying the rhyme : ) Lots of ice cream lovers in the HP today. And non-rhymers! I like Jeff Bridges too...we haven't been to the theatre all summer. We have lots of viewing to catch up on. Enjoy your day!
I loved Terms of Endearment too. I am glad you posted about RIPD. I have been wanting to see it...and the Butler.
I didn't know it was honey month, but I have been making some oatmeal honey soaps for my Etsy shop the past couple of days!
Great answers for all the questions. Loved them all. Looking forward to seeing RIPD some day. I'm sure it will be on TV soon enough.
so love Terms of Endearment!
Love your rhyme :)
I wanted to go see that on our last date night and believe it or not Rick vetoed it. He didn't think he would like it.
Never too old for ice cream! Have a great rest of the week.
I asked the Superhero question 1 this morning and he said without even hesitating.....sex....does that sound like a male?????
I sob every time I watch Terms of Endearment! I love that movie.
I think if you have a job, you should keep it, but then I have never been for strikes.....
I haven't been tempted by that movie. I love who's in it, but I have just heard bad reviews, but maybe I will watch it when it comes to Netflix.
Blue Jasmine, Debby, Blue Jasmine. You will love it. Ann
Ice cream is a good answer you don't even have to have teeth to enjoy it!
Ice Cream! I put the kids to bed & am gonna sneak a little with some raspberries on it :)
COol you met your hubby in High School! Funny to think you knew him but didn't know what the future held ! :)
I agree ice cream, you are never too young or to old to enjoy it.
ice cream - I'm in!!!! Love that you and Mark are high school sweethearts. I didn't know that. Happy week Debby.....hope it shines in every way for you.
Yep!! I always say something too! (especially if it's food!) As for the movie that makes me cry the most, the Notebook! It's a 7 or 8 Kleenex movie for me!
