Amber and I had a great visit with Adam this weekend. The dinner at Westside Tavern was as wonderful as always. One of my favorite places to eat in the Westwood area. Flight was on time so we made it to our reservation on time! We always, always get the warm sticky toffee dessert........
Then we headed back home. Adam ended up going to his best friend Jason's for the night and was back over Sunday morning. We had a nice day together talking, eating and watching sports on TV. I was in my happy place. Adam headed back to LA around 5 pm. I will actually be seeing him in 18 days when we are visiting him and Tristen in Pittsburgh.

will this be your first visit to see them in Pittsburgh? i can't remember if you saw there new place or not... cartons are really funny, love the looking for a windshield, i can relate to that when traveling, rest stops not windshields.

The cartoons were very funny. Got to ask about the sticky toffee dessert-does it have flour in it? It looks wonderful and I'd love it, just not sure I could eat it.
