THIS.... is the car they gave me from Avis. It's a KIA Soul. I asked for a small car because I've had Mini Coopers for 15 1/2 years.
THE OTHER..... here's my dad on Father's Day.
Adam and Mark celebrating Father's Day and James turned 8 months old on Sunday!
On Saturday Adam and Gabby took Mark to a wine tasting. He said it was wonderful. They had a great time and then they went out for dinner. (They had a baby sitter for James)
Dad and I are heading over to the Hard Rock Casino today in Tampa. It is one of his favorite things to do and he hasn't been in two years since I was here for only a long weekend last year and no one else will take him.
Also on our way we are going to stop at a Hardee's for a hamburger. My dad spent two years traveling back and forth to California to help my aunt after my uncle passed away. He loved our Carl's Jr. hamburgers.
Hardee's and Carl's Jr are the same company. He asks me often if we go there to eat. We don't. There has never been one near his house here in Palm Harbor but we do pass one on the way to the casino so he is in for a treat today!

How do you like driving the Soul? DIL just got one a few months back and she loves it. So cute with Roxy in the bath with James! Hard to believe that James is 8 months old! Where did the time go? Your dad looks great for close to 95 years old! Sounds like a fun day you two have. I hope it is a bit of a winning one too. Where did Gabby and Adam take Mark for wine tasting?

your dad is looking wonderful and glad he gets his burger and casino. you know I love the dog in the tub.. if I were buying a new car for me, it is the Soul I want, in silver or lime green
