If you follow me on Facebook you have already seen these photos. We babysat a week ago on Friday the 20th. He was so much fun.
We picked him up at his daycare at 4 pm. He was a happy camper until he started getting hungry so we started feeding him his dinner.
Adam and Gabby came home from work around 5:30 so they were able to finish up with his bath and he was in bed before they even left. Not to difficult to babysit when he's sleeping!
He just keep answering the phone all night,
or whatever he was holding....LOL
Hello....
Excuse me, I'm on the phone....
Just look at that sweet face....
I'm not sure if I mentioned this before but when Mark had his angiogram they found two blockages. When they found them they put a stent in the one that was 90% blocked with cholesterol and that was in June. They had found one more that was 65% blocked with calcium.
So on Monday he went in for the calcium one to be stented. They take a little longer because they have to grind the calcium out of the artery, clean it out and then stent it. When they dropped me off in the little room they said "if you want to go eat be back in about 45 minutes." Well I waited, and waited, and waited over three hours.
I actually had to pee by then but was afraid to leave. There was no one to contact, just a big long hallway outside this little room. Doctor's came in and people left to be reunited with their loved ones. Of course I was thinking they must have had to crack open his chest and do bypass surgery because that was an option at his first stent.
Finally the doctor came in, they found two more calcium blockages so it took 3 times as long to do. He stayed overnight in the hospital and I picked him up Tuesday morning. All is well and if you follow me on Facebook thank you for your prayers.
Now if I could only get him to eat a healthy diet!!! He does walk about 3 miles everyday so that's good but obviously not good enough to stop blockages.

I just love seeing pictures of that sweet little peanut. He's the absolute cutest and the facial expressions are priceless.
That had to have been the longest wait ever but I'm glad everything worked out ok
I don't know how I missed seeing these new pictures, Debby. Love his new hair 'do'! That had to be a scare, waiting all that time on Mark! Doctors at the VA have confirmed Tom needs a cardiac cath, but they're still looking for a Tricare provider nearby.
Oh boy, that baby boy is so adorable. Your time with him is precious. So glad you get to be with him. Those times spent waiting in the waiting room are hard. Is there no one who can go with you? That’s always helpful. I’m thankful with you that they got him fixed up.
Oh my gosh your little guy is such a jewel- so precious - and he knows what a phone is already!
So how do they know cholesterol or calcium? How does one form over another? You cook such good food and three miles a day?
I pray he will be okay.
Love,sandie
Can James get even cuter?? (of course he can but he is so adorable just the way he is right now). Love all stages but I like when they start developing their personality like James is doing and they become more interactive. Its neat you can baby sit for him like you do. Do Adam and Gabby usually go out on Friday nights? its good they have their "date nights" too.
Make sure Mark takes his medication for as long as the doctors want him to. Critical that he does!!
betty
bob had stints twice, carotid surgery, cracked open chest bi pass and still doesn't eat healthy... so glad it is done and he is doing well..your baby is just a doll baby and to funny on the phone, he is learning about phones before he can walk..
Your little James is adorable, Debby, Looks like you are having such a great time with him.
So happy things turned out for your DH, thoughts and prayers.
It seems food that are bad for you taste so great, and food that good for you aren't tasty at all. ~smile~
Have a great week.
Blessings,
Sue
Oh yes, the eating healthy! I am with Mark on that one: terribly difficult and not nearly have as much fun as having chocolate and other foodstuffs not good for you...
Hope he will feel much better now though.
First - cute as always!
Second - YIkes about the blockages. That's a tough situation.
Oh my goodness! That face! He is absolutely adorable! I would get nothing done except watching him entertain himself.
So glad they were able to take care of your hubby with stents. That had to be scary waiting all that time.
Hugs and love my friend!
