We are in Montana this week visiting Amber and Dylan. These are a few pictures from our drive up taken through the car window. That's not easy going 80 miles an hour!! As you can see I only got half of the bridge.
I love seeing cattle out on the range. We saw herds of antelope too but I wasn't able to get any photos.
Beautiful rock formations along the way.
Dylan's frogs.....
Skye in the snow.
Thankfully we didn't have cold temperatures driving here. We had heavy rain going through Las Vegas and continuing for about 4 hours. This snow arrived the next day after we arrived.

I have a friend who lives in Montana. Cold but pretty right now.
Oh my goodness, I didn't realize Dylan had so many frogs (or that he had any frogs). Did he just start gathering them in when they moved there?? Beautiful shots of your drive in!! Glad you avoided the snow with driving. Rain was bad enough. Snow would have been worse as you know!! Hope you are all having a great visit!
betty
The skies there are so beautiful and clear. A lot of snow though. How did Skye take the drive? Hope you had a nice visit!
not sure how you got those pics at 80 per hour. A I would not ride that fast, b if I did I would not be able to aim the camera. that is why I never ride with bob driving except interstate and then he is not allowed over 70.. next time get some macro shots of the frogs. I love frogs and would like to see them. Selby Gardens has a frog room and it looks like Dylans room. I had never seen so many different colors of frogs. what a beautiful room..
Gorgeous! These remind me of scenes from Dr. Zhivago. There's little likelihood I'll ever get to visit Russia, but wonder if a train journey across Montana might satisfy my craving.
Beautiful. I have a friend that lives out there in Montana and she loves it. I think that it would be a tad to cold for me out there...haha
How did Skye do this time around with all that driving?
Good trip lots to see. Good picture taking at that speed.
I have so enjoyed seeing all your pictures of this amazing snow-covered terrain and so glad to know you are back home safe and sound.
It looks beautiful! I would love to get out to Montana again!
