Welcome to Tuesday 4 which was started by Toni Taddeo and kept up in memory and honor of her. How about talking about cosmetics and toiletries this week?Let's jump right in, shall we?
1. What brand of shampoo do you think works best for you and what does it do for you?
Honestly I can't say I have a favorite. I have a lot of different ones in the shower.
2. Do you have a favorite brand and shade of lipstick and blush?
It's a no on the lipstick. I'm always trying new things. I do like a blush from Origins.
3. Is soap your favorite for face washing or do you use other products?
I like to use special facial cleaners for my face. That is where my money goes, trying new products all the time. I will say that I do like Origins a lot, especially for creams.
4. Do you have an all time favorite perfume or scent that you wear? If you don't wear perfumes, is there a scent that you love in general?
When I was younger I wore Shalimar all the time. Then for a long time I wore Tova which I bought from QVC. Now I wear Falling In Love by Philosophy.

I've been buying Suave shampoo for years. No particular reason other than price.
Even when I wore makeup lipstick was no in my makeup bag. No I just don't bother with any of it.
I'm cheap on face washing too just using a bar soap.
I don't handle perfumes well any more. They make me cough like crazy but years ago I used to love Wind Song
Okay another way we are alike - I only use Origins cream on my fave - for years and years and years. Love it.
Presently I'm loyal to only a few eye-wear products (Revlon, L'Oreal) … but this post makes me think a trip to ULTA is in order. I wonder if they still make Indian Earth; remember?
I enjoyed reading your answers and hope that your week is going well. Blessings! :)
I never heard of Origins. I will have to look it up. I have other shampoos I got for the grandkids.
Yes, Suave makes good products for sure. Love Shalimar!
I am glad I am not the only one that does not wear lipstick. I have never liked it.
I have never tried anything by Origins, but I am sure I would love it. I love all things make-up. This was a fun meme for me! Loved your answers! Have a great week!

I haven't heard of Falling in Love; I'll have to look for it; did you remember what store you found it in?
betty
Mascara .. that is my favorite make up! Can't go with out it. :-)
Hi Debby! I love my Bath & Body products. <3
Pantene Shampoo and conditioner. do not wear lipstick or blush, wash face with Dove soap and water, and no perfumes or anything with a scent because of allergies to scented things. back in the 60's I wore night blooming jasmine. nothing for the last 35 years. if everyone was like me, the cosmetic/toiletries would be bankrupt.
1. What brand of shampoo do you think works best for you and what does it do for you?
I really don't have a fave either. I do however like ones that give me a little volume since my hair has gotten thinner.
2. Do you have a favorite brand and shade of lipstick and blush?
Lipstick is something I never took to wearing. I have always licked it off. All those ones that stay on and don't wear off scare me cause I am not sure what is in that stuff. Blush, I like a hint that falls between a brown tint and a pink tint.
3. Is soap your favorite for face washing or do you use other products?
I usually take my makeup off with makeup wipes or TP with lotion on it.Then I clean my face with just warm water. I don't use soap on my face often.
4. Do you have an all time favorite perfume or scent that you wear? I don't care for strong smells or sweet flowery smells. A lot of them give me a headache the moment I come in contact with them. I do like a powdery smell or a soft flowery smell. I generally don't use perfume, I use body sprays instead. They basically are not as strong and if you spray on your neck and a touch in the hair it will hang with you.
I enjoyed reading your answers. Have a good week.

No special anything for me.....don't wear perfumes, no scents of any kind my eyes just can't handle them they get so irritated has been that way for years, I haven't been able to do makeup if it has anything in it that will irritate my eyes.
This is an easy one for me - I use baby shampoo/wash (I have a bottle of Aveeno and a bottle of Burt's Bees baby shampoos) for my hair and as soap in the shower. I don't use any cleanser, just coconut and olive oils as moisturizers for the super dry skin on my face. I don't own any perfume. I have tinted Burt's Bees that I use instead of lipstick and no blush.
