2. Slow as molasses, icing on the cake, that's the way the cookie crumbles, have your cake and eat it too, half-baked idea, that takes the cake...which phrase might be applied to something in your life in recent days? Explain.
I've got nothing except for the fact that I am still doing things "slow as molasses!" My mojo has flown the coop.
3. Something that's 'easy as pie' for you to do?
Seriously my answers are so depressing. I guess I will say PROCRASTINATION.....
4. Are you someone who likes to 'sugarcoat' news you think might not be well received, or are you more of a tell it like it is and let the chips fall where they may? Do you like to receive your news the same way you give it?
I think I am a tell it like it is kind of person. I'm not sure I want to receive news in the same way but I wouldn't want something kept from me.
5. Something you did recently that made you feel like a 'smart cookie'?
It wasn't real recent, about 2 months ago, but my Chromebook wouldn't let me sign in. As it turns out there was no way to fix it except to go back to factory settings. I did not want to do that. I had to leave it running for 2 days in order to possibly back up my files.
Honestly I really don't keep many things on my Chromebook but it did save all the photos from trips that I had downloaded while on vacation. It worked and all is well. I love my Chromebook and have had it for 5 1/2 years.
6. Insert your own random thought here.
This sweet little boy turns 2 on Friday. With Covid things of course are different. Adam and Gabby are taking him to a park to ride a train and to a local zoo.
Then we will celebrate with him on Saturday. So back to question #2, I know I will have dessert because we are picking up donuts. Adam and Gabby thought donuts would be fun!
Then on Sunday he will celebrate with Gabby's family who are in their bubble.

Happy Birthday to your grandson! Irvine park has a train and a zoo!
Awwwwww... 2 years old... such a darling age! Happy Birthday little man and many many more! ~Andrea xoxo
I've got nothing for any of these questions today. I'll just wish sweet James a Happy Birthday.
Happy birthday to sweet little James!
I enjoyed your answers today, especially #2.
Happy Birthday James. Since he is turning 2,
is this what they call the "terrible twos"?
Have a good Wednesday my friend.
Isn't he a sweet little guy! I hope he has a wonderful birthday. And I've been thinking about cheesecake. I might even bake one, but my fear is that I'd eat the whole thing myself.
He's a cutie!
I can't believe James will be two years old!! Time flies as you know. I like what they are doing to celebrate his day; simple but fun! And donuts are always great!! Don't worry about losing your mojo or procrastinating. Its been a tough year for you Debby. I think it will come back; you just need to let your body heal both emotionally, mentally, and physically. Don't be too hard on yourself!
betty
I love Reese's too. I bought a bag of the pumpkins for my Mom but have taken out a few for myself!
Have fun celebrating the little 2 year old!
I haven't even seen those thins but now I'm going to look for them. I do love a Reeses. Happy birthday to your big little boy! My grandson turns one later this month and I'm sad we aren't there to celebrate in person. I know it's a small disappointment, but I think everyone can agree the list of small disappointments we're all experiencing is growing quite long. I'm sure your mojo will return. I don't think you're alone in feeling un-motivated, plus you've had a lot to process this year. It helps me to get outside in the fresh air. It doesn't accomplish anything on my to-do list, but it does lift my spirits. Take care!
My MOJO certainly goes up and down...I really can't listen to the so called "news" any more..my MOJO takes a nose dive if I do.
Sweet little James is so cute..happy #2 for him.
Sue
Happy 2nd birthday to that beautiful angel.
I am going to look for Reese's thins and See's! lol
How can James be (almost) 2 y/o already?! Unfortunately, I know all about losing my mojo. I honestly think it's symptomatic of this Corona cloud that's been hanging over our lives.
Your grandson is so sweet!
It takes me forever to get anything done, but I don't worry about it. I'm grateful that it doesn't matter, I'm free to do what I want.
Oh those bubbles. I'm glad you can pick up donuts for fun. He is a cutie. I'll have to try those Reese's thins! Hope the rest of your week goes well!
there is nothing in our lives that has not been changed by this dreaded virus. James is always so happy...
Ohhhh, happy birthday! Your grandson is so precious!!
