We had a fun time on Thursday night with Adam, Gabby and James. We had brought over a gift for him and a treat for after dinner. These are little mitts that go on your hand and the balls, along with the frogs mouth, are a velcro type of fabric. He had a good time with them.
He has been into trains for awhile now and still is but we noticed that he is watching and talking about planes since his trip to Houston which I still need to write about. He is also into the sun and space. He was talking up a storm last night.
We don't always know exactly what he is saying. He came into the house from the backyard and was bending over pushing his hands towards the floor. What he was showing us and saying is that the sun was going down. It was too cute!
So this morning I took Mark to the airport for his trip to Chicago where his brother is picking him up at O'Hare Airport. They will leave for Canada on Monday. It's going to be way too quite in the house for the next 14 days.
Pray for his safety and pray that everything in the house run smoothly while he is gone. One of our smoke alarms beeped the other day. You know what the means....it's just a matter of time before they all start beeping. Thank God that it did beep because he was here and was able to replace the batteries in all of them.
Enjoy your weekend.

Thank you for sharing James, he is so sweet.
I will be praying for Mark to have a fantastic safe adventure. And praying for you that all will go smoothly and you will enjoy the time too.
I just love their personalities at the age James is! Everything is so new to them and they like expressing themselves (even if we don't always understand what they are trying to say)! That frog mitt looked really cute too! Praying for Mark's safe journeys while he is fishing and your safety too, Debby! It was always inevitable when hubby used to travel for business. Something would break down. Here's hoping nothing will happen the time that Mark is away!
betty
James is adorable. 😊 I'm happy you won't have to deal with alarms beeping...being alone for two weeks is bad enough.
Praying for Mark's safety as he's on his trip...and may all go smoothly on the home front while he's away, dear friend. That SweetBabyJames just couldn't be any sweeter. I love-love-love his darling smile. He looks like a very happy little boy. ~Andrea xoxo
Oh Debby, James is so photogenic. I can totally see him in magazines. Or TV, even. Cherish these days! Praying for Mark's safe journey. Be good to yourself,!
James has the cutest smile!
James is absolutely adorable! I know you had a blast with him!
Cute James sounds like a smart little boy! ❤️
James is one handsome little dude and has a 'killer' smile which will stay with him the rest of his life.. trains and planes and cars, little boys love them
James is just beautiful - where does he get his blue eyes from? That backyard is beautiful. I will pray for a safe trip and that the time goes by well for you. Oh how I hate those beeps. I have no kidding ten and it is hard to find which one is beeping!
Your little guy is just precious and his world is expanding so fast... Love his explanation of the sun setting.
Prayers for you as you "weather" your alone time. Good you got those crazy smoke alarms changed.
Hope your Hubby catches his limit.
