Hello! Glad you are back for more of Toni Taddeo's Tuesday 4.. If you knew Toni you would know that coffee was one of her great pleasures in life. So friends, let's talk about those two popular drinks tea and coffee. Okay? Let's go....
1. What is/are your favorite coffee? (brand or flavor) If you are a tea lover, which tea is the best for you?
Most of my life I wasn't a tea or coffee drinker. Coffee doesn't perk me up. However, I do have coffee now and some tea. It's funny, it seems like when I was told I couldn't drink coffee I wanted to drink coffee. It was suggested that I don't drink coffee after I was diagnosed with A-fib. Coffee hasn't given me any reaction but I do like it for my lungs in the morning.
I am drinking a Green Mountain Half Caff. Then if I want a second cup I drink a non caffeinated cup of coffee. I like a green tea and also black tea. My mother in law gave me some Breathe Easy tea which I like and it's supposed to promote respiratory health. I also bought myself a Honey Ginger Tea that I'm enjoying.
2. How do you take your coffee or tea? Sugar, cream , flavoring?
I've been using a splash of half and half. Sometimes I buy an Almond milk all natural vanilla coffee creamer.
3. Do you go out for coffee/tea with friends? Ever enjoy a real tea room or a tea party?
No I don't go out for coffee with friends but on a rare occasion I like an iced coffee from McDonald's. I have been to a tea room but it was like 20 years ago.
4. If you could design a coffee shop or even a coffee/tea station in your home, what would it be like?
This is kind of cute....

For the longest time I hated coffee. Loved the smell of it but couldn't stand the taste. I always drank tea for a hot drink. One day at work they were out of the cappuccino I liked so I got coffee with cocoa in it. That was the beginning of my love for coffee. Now I drink it with stevia and white chocolate raspberry creamer.
Love that coffee station in the picture. I wish I had room in my house for something like that.
I am addicted to Great Value 100 percent Ariabic DARK. before IBS I used powder creamer or half and half or cream, and a lot of it. with 2 packs of sweet n low. now it is black with 1/2 grain of sweet n low. I do sometimes drink it black. I don't go to coffee shops or tea shops, i rather meet for breakfast or lunch but would meet if someone wanted to just to talk. i like your choice of coffee nook
I do like that coffee station picture you shared here, Debby. That would be fun for someone who really enjoys drinking a lot of coffee. I will drink one cup in the morning, sometimes a specialty one with lots of sugar, lol, on a warm day. I've been lazy to write back an email but I loved the picture of James at swimming lessons. Such a cute smile on his face! I hope he is enjoying the lessons! Such a worthwhile thing to do especially as they have a pool. When does Mark get back?
betty
That IS a darling coffee station! I'm a big Starbucks fan but don't go very regularly because of the cost. It's a huge treat when I do go though. I'm like you... I never "feel anything" when I drink a cup of coffee. I think it's because of my hypertension medications... those are designed to keep my blood pressure & heart rate down. ~Andrea xoxo
I like coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon. ;-)
Cute coffee area that you found to share.
That coffee station sure looks inviting!
Good to know about the Breathe Easy and Honey Ginger tea; I wonder if Tom wouldn't try that.
That is very cute for the coffee/tea station! Good choice! Loved your answers! Have a nice week.

I am a sweet iced tea drinker unless it is cold then I like hot tea with sugar/creamer. that Coffee area that you shared is adorable
I like your tea station. I gave up coffee when my acid reflux was really bad. The same with most teas because of the caffeine and mint in what I drank. I try to mostly drink water. I am drinking a protein drink right now.
Oh, I love that coffee station idea! That is really cute! I like the idea of having a pie or cake or donut/muffins plate there handy. I enjoyed your answers. Seems like we all like different things, which makes the world go round!
That is a really cute coffee station.
Though I do meet friends at a coffee shop occasionally, my favorite coffee out is actually McDonalds regular plain coffee. I only get it to go because I don't want to come out of the store smelling ike French fries.
My favorite coffee shop speciality coffee is a flat white, but only as an afternoon coffee. Morning coffee for me has to be black unsweetened.
I'm afraid I haven't drunk coffee or tea in years. I've only been to Starbucks a couple of time and I've ordered a bottle of water. How boring is that???
Coffee doesn't seem to bother my A fib either but then I only drink a small cup once a day. Now that coffee station is really nice.. clean and neat looking. I'd like something just like that but I just don't drink enough to make it worth wile.
Coffee really doesn't perk me up too. I think I drink it because it feels cozy and habit...haha. That coffee bar is super cute.
