2. October 17th is National Pasta Day...do you like pasta? What's your favorite? Cooked at home or eaten in your favorite Italian restaurant? How often do you make/eat pasta?
Yes, I like pasta. I like to eat a whole wheat pasta but Mark likes Cavatappi pasta. Usually cooked at home. We probably only eat it once a month if that.
3. Do you consider yourself a spontaneous person? Explain.
I don't think that I am.
4. Who are some of your heroes? Tell us why.
I'm sorry, I can't think of anyone right now.
5. Let's wrap it up with something light...Taylor Swift...are you a fan? On a scale of 1-10 how much so? (1=who's Taylor?, 10=a true Swiftie, seen her in concert more than once). If you're a fan what's your favorite T. Swift song?
I don't follow Taylor Swift at all.
6. Insert your own random thought here.
Amber and Dylan left this morning. I wish they lived closer.
We spent time with Adam, Gabby and James 3 times within their six night stay. Monday night, which was James' actual birthday we went to the Irvine Regional Park and went on the train ride and he went in a few bouncy houses and then he picked out a pumpkin.

great family shot. I am with you on your answer to. why do we hate making those appt calls? i put them off over and over because I don't want to make them.. I have zero hero's but I just though of a group I consider a hero, all the war dogs and k9 officers.
Right there with you on having to schedule doctors' visits, Debby. Lately, it feels like I'm trying to sweet talk the guard at the gate.
I'm so glad y'all enjoyed a sweet visit with the 'kids'!
I could care less about Taylor Swift and her latest beau.
Glad you had a wonderful time with your family, Debby!
Blessings to all!
Calling for appointments doesn't really make me sweat but it does make me VERY frustrated. Press 1, press 2, press 3...good grief, how long is it going to take to get through to a human? Lovely picture of your family, have a great week.
Oh it's so hard when family who live far come for a visit and then have to leave. I know how that feels and have to play a little mental mind game with myself while they're here so I don't spend the whole time dreading their departure. I'm glad you had lots of fun family time.
Your answer for number one is me exactly. It takes me forever to make phone calls to set appointments.
Pasta is ok but it's not my favorite thing. I don't normally order it when Im out.
Hi Debby, I am so happy you had a great time with your family. I enjoyed the family photos.
Safe travels for Amber and Dylan.
xx oo

Oh, I so feel you about having to make appointments. I tend to put that off as long as possible too. Not just phoning though, E-mailing to make an appt too.
I love whole wheat pasta too.
WHAT A WONDERFUL FAMILY PHOTO! You have a beautiful family. I know you wish they lived closer - I wish mine did too. Ohio.
I am not a fan of Taylor Swift. I used to be until I see what her values are now and they are not mine - lol.
I don't care for making appointments or calling places with problems - why can't you speak to a live person anymore?
I like your answers
Hello there, hope all is going well over in your part of the world, here are my answers to these hodgepodge questions.
I am sure there is something but I can't think of a damn thing that I sweat about, just not me I guess.
Yeah I do like pasta dishes, home made over a restaurant
I am many things but spontaneous isn't one of them, I just go with the flow of life.
I don't have any heroes except maybe my dad, ok thinking about we could add the Diggers of Gallipoli in WW1 and in the PNG during WW11, brave men indeed.
Taylor Swift is ok I like some of her songs but do not have a favourite.
Lastly I will leave you with this.....Our lives are albums written with the good or not so good, the false and the true and as blessed angels turn the pages of our years may they read the good with smiles and blot the other with tears.
Oh goodness, I hate making phone calls so that's something I sweat about too!
Glad you had a good visit with Dylan and Amber. The birthday outing for James sounded fun. Hope the rest of your week goes well.
You have a nice family - so happy that you were able to see them.
I don't like having appointments. Even if they're trivial I have to remember them and they're hanging over my head until they're over.
When I was a kid my heroes were Roy Rogers and the Lone Ranger.
PS I'm so glad you had a good visit with your family, but I too wish they lived closer to you. ❤️
