3. In this current season would you say you need to spend more time looking inward or that you need to get out of your head? Tell us why.
I need to get out of my head. I am overwhelmed as always with these never ending doctor's appointments and now I have physical therapy. I just want to be home and I want to stop having these non stop conversations in my head with what I plan on talking to the doctor about.
4. Are you following the 'March Madness' madness? (That's US college basketball in case you're out of the loop) What's something that feels like actual madness to you right now?
No, we don't watch basketball. Well, if you read my answer to #3 that is the answer to my madness.
5. How will you celebrate the Easter/Passover holiday this year?
We are going to Adam and Gabby's on Sunday. I am bringing deviled eggs and we are also bringing a bundt cake that we buy from Strawberry Hill. It is Carrot Cream Cheese Coffee Cake. We will be hanging with Gabby's family.

So I had an eye appointment yesterday. About 8 weeks ago I had a change in my vision for distance. Mainly stands out watching TV in our family room. I'm good in my office. I have the start of cataracts.
Mark had his surgery last year while I had 20/20 vision last April. So I can have the surgery or I can get distance glasses and wait awhile. I'm a bit overwhelmed right now. Like I haven't had enough medical things going on!!!

Living in my head makes me crazy... can't seem to get out of it. Life now is not what I thought it would be for sure. but I am still alive and walking and talking and eating way to much.
sounds like a fun get together with James..
cataract surgery was the easiest of all surgery I ever had and so very worth it.. instant good sight. nothing to it, just could not bend over for a couple of weeks.
I think everyone gets cataracts at some point. Hubs and I both have the beginnings of them but were told we have a long time to go before we need surgery. I'm glad you'll be celebrating with James! Enjoy your Easter day and family!
It's so easy to feel overwhelmed and anxious about our health -- Tom's right there, too. I didn't realize it (anxiety) is so prevalent until I saw a segment yesterday morning on the Today show. Jennifer Rothschild has even addressed it on her blog.
My tastebuds nearly went crazy just reading the name of your dessert. I'm going over to Google that now, before I forget!
Sounds like you have some nice plans with loved ones. I do love it when someone brings deviled eggs to a gathering. Enjoy your special pre-Easter time with James. Sorry about your feelings that overwhelm. Happy Easter! Christ is Risen!
Hi Debby - Awww I’m glad you’ll be spending some quality time with James.
Cataract surgery is not even a surgery- more like a 5 minute procedure. I had mine done in 2021. They did mine 2 weeks apart.
Sounds like you have Resurrection Sunday planned. The only plan we have is to attend church. God bless you Debby. I’m praying your anxiety goes away!
I sometimes spend too much time in my head. I don't like doing that because it's usually about things that I shouldn't be dwelling on.
Sorry to hear about your eye appointment. At least from what I've heard, the cataract surgery is an easy one. I need to get my eyes checked. I am way over due.
Hi Debby, I had a notably change too and for the same reason. I am going to look at new glasses today. I will stay with bifocals, but use different glasses for the computer since I get dizzy with progressive. Have a nice Easter with your family!
I do love my family...They help make my world a better place.
I do love my retirement and Dave's too but I sure wish we had the "travel" money to go along with it.
I really can take or leave spinach. Do like a spinach salad with a bacon vinegrette dressing on it sometimes.
Lately I have been living in my head far too much. Time to get out of it.
Basketball really doesn't interest me
We celebrate Easter by attending our church and then to friends home for a large gathering potluck with so much yummy eats.
I'm sorry you are overwhelmed with life and dr. appointments.
I do understand it and hope the stress will be less soon.
Enjoy your time with James and the family.
Sue
What do you love about your life right now?
How much at ease I am with my life despite how hard the struggle is.
March 26th is National Spinach Day...are you a fan? If so, how do you like yours prepared/served?
Nope never liked spinach.
In this current season would you say you need to spend more time looking inward or that you need to get out of your head? Tell us why.
Nope don’t need to get out of my head, I like living in my head.
Are you following the 'March Madness' madness? (That's US college basketball in case you're out of the loop) What's something that feels like actual madness to you right now?
No nothing about sport.
How will you celebrate the Easter/Passover holiday this year?
No don’t have any plans.

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
I've had cataract surgery on one eye, we're still watching the one in my right eye. In general it's best to wait until it's really needed. You have enough going on in your life right now! Take care. ❤️
I'm sorry about how overwhelmed you're feeling, and I think I'd feel the same. Praying about your vision and the decisions you need to make. Hope you're having a great week!
Oh yes, spinach and eggs, great combo. If I ever order an omelette I get it in there.
I enjoyed your answers...I agree that medical things can be madness!
Hi, I like spinach too.
Sending HUGS!!!
Carla
