Amber and Dylan dyed Easter Eggs on Friday night. On Saturday I made a Low Carb Lemon Cheesecake which we used to celebrate Tristen's Birthday. (We still need to go out and have her real birthday dinner) The cheesecake turned out perfectly and I also made some fresh whipped cream. I also made another batch of those cute little Chow Mein Noodle Nests to send over to Dylan's family.
Amber & Dylan got us this cute Easter card. The entire Easter meal was low carb! We also got some really nice gifts from Adam & Tristen's trip to Greece which I need to share with you. See these new Snickers PB Bars? Yes I bought them but haven't tried them yet.(not low carb) Snickers were always my favorite until Peanut Butter cups became my favorite so what could possibly be better than theses?
