We had Deviled Eggs, Bridgeport Rolls, Cheddar Cheese Biscuits, Easy Cheesy Zucchini Bake, Delicious Cream Cheese Corn, Mashed Potatoes, Parmesan-Roasted Green Beans, Prime Rib and The Very Best Brussels Sprouts Ever. These linked recipes are all from Pinterest and you can find them on my Things I Have Made-Check !
Amber and Dylan dyed Easter Eggs on Friday night. On Saturday I made a Low Carb Lemon Cheesecake which we used to celebrate Tristen's Birthday. (We still need to go out and have her real birthday dinner) The cheesecake turned out perfectly and I also made some fresh whipped cream. I also made another batch of those cute little Chow Mein Noodle Nests to send over to Dylan's family.
Amber & Dylan got us this cute Easter card. The entire Easter meal was low carb! We also got some really nice gifts from Adam & Tristen's trip to Greece which I need to share with you. See these new Snickers PB Bars? Yes I bought them but haven't tried them yet.(not low carb) Snickers were always my favorite until Peanut Butter cups became my favorite so what could possibly be better than theses?
Have a great weekend....
P.S. I had first seen the Snickers PB Squares on A Bench With a View.

Everything looks so yummy! Great Job!!!
Your egg plate is so cute! I love brussel sprouts but we roasted asparagus in the oven for Easter dinner this year. Sprinkled with a little parm and it was delish!

Wow ... what a spectacular Easter feast you prepared! That food looks delicious ... and healthy, too!
What a great Easter meal! Ours was small this year- just DoodleBug, Hubs, my mother, myself...but it was good- all gluten free, sugar free, etc. I made the carrot cake with cream cheese icing-sweetened only with honey! Isn't Pinterest wonderful? LOL
your dinner looks delicious!!
Your meal sounds delish! I have trying to find someway to get my hubby to try Brussel Sprouts. Have to check out your recipe for them.
Oh man, to have been one of the lucky ones at your table!
Yum! I will be pinning several of your recipes and PB snickers are awesome!
Oh heavenly days! This post has just made me hungry all over again! I haven't tried the Snickers PB bars yet. The dyed eggs are beautiful, and cheesecake is my favorite! Yes, I know how you feel about the dinner preparations and clean up. However, I only baked a spiral cut ham and broccoli/rice casserole. Yum. Mom did the rest. I love holiday co-op meals (pot luck). Happy weekend!
Everything looks awesome & yummy. What a wonderful dinner & Easter.

LOL...I was just going to ask how many of those dishes were found on Pinterest when there was the answer! Sounds yummy. I've made a couple from there, too.
