I WANT MY AMERICA BACK
My grandparents on both sides came over from Europe, they came from Bohemia with their parents. I'm not sure how well my great-grandparents learned English but I know that English is all I ever heard my grandparents speak. Every once in a while a Bohemian word came out but it was very seldom and I know that my parents never learned to speak Bohemian. No one printed up pizza menus, etc. in Bohemian. You have the honor to live in America so you should speak the language! Why is our government being so lax about these things. Why is it that you can become an American citizen without learning our language, we just print the papers in their language? It pisses me off. I have heard that all the illegals will be given amnesty before our president is out of office so he will be guaranteed votes in the next election. What's up with that? Where has the honor gone? I even heard that our social security will be compromised because of this. I want to know why my daughter who doesn't have medical insurance isn't given the same rights as illegals when visiting the emergency room. We have to pay through the nose and they get theirs free. Somedays I just want to pack things up and leave the USA!

Amen, sister. There are generations of folks that were actually embarrased that they hadn't learned english yet. And, worked their butts off to do so. *sigh*
I 100% agree!!! It drives me nuts. I'm not even comfortable in my own country.
We just have to remember that God loves them all and try to see them through His eyes.
