. . . and no! my yoghurt is so very easy to make. The instructions appear long but really, that's because I've explained everything in micro-detail . . a mistake maybe, but I know how unsure people are in following recipes so I suppose I wanted to virtually hold their hands. Trust me, it takes literally minutes to prepare and then a few hours to culture:)
