These are 3 smaller trees that are in the dining room. They will hold snowman ornaments and then all the other snowman collectibles will be on the buffet. I also have a small tree that holds my miniature ornament collection. I must have over 100 of them! The majority of my ornaments are Hallmark. There will be another tree in the living room, maybe 2 ft. high that will have my plug in lighthouses on it and below it will be my Dept. 56 with 2 cabins and a resort. Over the years I have had to pack away my plug ins which I really miss but they don't guarantee the lights on your tree if you plug into them.
This sweet Santa belonged to my husbands Grandmother "Nana" who was born in 1900. I figure he is pretty old, we have had him since the 70's. .
A few close ups. I'm just learning to do mosaic!
I also collect Nativities, tins and bags. I am not able to display my bag collection at this house. I had a rack on the wall that worked well and it's not up in this house. I have a pretty large collection of snow globes too. Hopefully I will be done by Monday so I can join the tour that is up on my blog. I also need to do some baking and get all the out of town packages wrapped and sent! Hope everyone is getting organized and ready. Not too many days left!
You also need to know that I just can't read each and every post. I am trying so hard but it just isn't working out very well. Please know that I care about each of you and I'm still here but there just isn't enough time in my day right now.

Oh my goodness! Your decorations, trees, photos are so beautiful. I used to get so much more excited about Christmas. Decorating now is more a chore than a pleasure, at least until I start putting the ornaments on the tree. Like you said, each one has a special meaning.
OMGosh! I love love love the tree with the hundreds of ornaments. I am NOT thinking cluttered at all but really bright and joyful. That's the proper word for the season, isn't it? I have a tree finally and its's in my living room not decorated, just thawing = )
Classic Santa. Thank goodness for traditions during the holidays.

This is beautiful. What a lovely story. I wish I still had the ornaments over the years but a lot got lost in the move to my house. Its freezing here this morning.
Wow, 700 ornaments, incredible! How awesome people come by just to see it. You should start charging :)
I can imagine having a collection of ornaments (and natavities!) like yours one day. I would love to collect more right now if I could! :-)
Don't feel bad if you can't stop by my blog-I totally understand! It's been kinda busy here too and I'm not making it to all the blogs I'd like to either :-/

i love the 3 little trees the best
I saw all those ornament boxes so I guess I shouldn't be surprised about the 700 ornaments but yet I am!!! I adore ornaments so I can see how you would too. :)
You've got a lot of ornaments!! You would need a humugous tree to hold them all! lol
My goodness Debby...what a beautiful collection on your tree...it looks lovely! You are one busy woman this time of year but Wow! Wish I could come by for a visit!!!
Just beautiful my dear! 4 total trees, you're amazing! I love you have nana's santa!
The mosaic is beautiful!
Yep, there aren't enough hours in the day for anyone, specially not for such a busy lady as yourself? OMG how many days does it take for you to pack and unpack the christmas decorations each year?
Sounds ab fab though, love the pics! :-)
oh your trees are beautiful. I'm still working on it here. I have my Santa puppy dog on a door, and a Crochet square Christmas tree wall hanging up, slowly. The boys want it done NOW but they aren't helping as much as I'd like, and not like. Ha!
That is amazing! Cannot wait to see your "tour". What an inspiration! Your ornament collection is unbelievable!
You don't need to stop by my place - I'm wanting you to take this time to enjoy decorating your trees and your home. It's obviously a passion of yours. So enjoy it without guilt :) We'll all still be here, I'm sure. I know I will LOL
