...that am going to head on over to the pool. The sun is shinning and it's going to be a hot one. I will drown myself in a #30 sunscreen and take a dip in the water. Today's going to be a good day : )Yesterday we went for blood work, DMV, P.O., dropped of prescriptions, stopped home to eat lunch, took newspapers to the church drop off, got a few groceries at his new Wal Mart, shopped Walgreen's and later met my sister & brother-in-law for dinner. Watched a movie and for the first time in a long time he sleep all night!!!! Having that parking sticker when we park makes me feel like a Queen : ) Normally because of my COPD I am the one dropped off at the door! All this exercise I was getting and not a pound to be lost! WHATUPWITHTHAT
(I still don't have time for a long post but my Dad is doing great and thank you for all the well wishes)

Just taking a refreshing dip in the pool sounds heavenly and brings back all those fun times I had as a kid swimming in our pool during this time of the year, literally from morning to bedtime.

Well holy snikes Debby that is one heck of a lot in a day, you be careful and don't over do it! And then both of you will be in bed. Pounds sorry been exercising for months now and down nothing .. ugh

I'm so glad that he's doing well and got some sleep! How wonderful to be spending time with family and in the pool! (And getting the good parking space is an added bonus!) Will be keeping you in my prayers!
