Isn't it funny how some signs are wrong in your mind? That Enco sign should clearly say Esso and Phillips is really spelled with only one L! And they probably aren't really wrong, just wrong in my mind.
Great photos. It looks as if you were able to convince that hubby of yours to stop often enough anyway.
Thanks for my wishes yesterday.. What a fun trip and I loved the trees also. Have a great weekend..

Your pictures make me want to head out west!
These photos are terrific. I live in Maryland where it is very flat, so I especially appreciate the scenery.
Stopping by from SITS.
I am just craving a ride down a wooded road by a lake. You really have some amazing framable art and the contents of a gorgeous photo book! Beautiful pictures!!!
Breathtaking view and beautiful photos, Debby! I love the water and the mountains...Christine
It's funny how photos can never convey the awesomeness that is nature in sights, sounds, scents and height - but you do a darn good job of it my dear :)
Now, what happened to your car??
Beautiful Debby. You are a wonderful photographer!
Beautiful pictures, and your photos are amazing...they really do capture the beauty.

The pictures look so peaceful, and the last mosaic is so cool. Love the old signs and gas stations.
Every one of those picures looks like it could be a postcard! Beautiful!!!!
I'm sitting here on the couch reading blogs (your blog) and Paul is reading the paper. I just said "we have to go to Mammoth Lakes" Most vacations these last few year have been overseas. Maybe it's time to start seeing more of the USA! USA! USA! (excuse, me, I couldn't help myself)
Oh wow! The pictures are fabulous Debby! Thank you so much for sharing them.
