2. This week's Wednesday Hodgepodge happens to fall on Groundhogs Day. In keeping with that theme, if you could have a do-over of any one day out of the last seven, which day would it be and why. If you haven't seen the movie Groundhog Day this question will make absolutely no sense but that's okay....you can answer anyway. You thought my question was going to be weather related didn't you?
It's a great movie! That's not fair, I had two days that I would love to be able to enjoy again. Okay I am going to say Monday. Visited a dear friend with her children and I would love to be able to do it again. Also on Saturday our son came out, we all went out to do some shopping at Best Buy and then had a great pizza dinner. It was so much fun. So I pick two!
3. Hot cocoa...yay or nay on the marshmallows?

4. Do you wear makeup every day? What are the top two must haves in your daily makeup routine?
No, I only put it on if I am leaving the house. Have to do my eyes & lips if I can only pick two. But actually more important then those would be my moisturizer.
5. Is it more important to you in a relationship to be loved or understood?
Sorry, I need both.
6. Parsley sage rosemary or thyme... your favorite?
Can't really say, I'm not big on spices. Now if you said caraway I would have picked that!
7. What do you do when you feel angry?
I dwell on it forever! I guess I yell too!

You would think that the storms in Chicago have no effect on me here is Southern California but they do. Our Lou Malnati's Deep Dish pizza is supposed to ship today and arrive Thursday or Friday. It's for our Super Bowl party and it may not make it!

I'm a "rant & raver" myself! You know, you just don't think about how the weather affects things you've ordered. Hope your pizza gets there on time!
There's only one supermarket in my town that stocks mini-marshmellows and it's the worst of all the supermarkets we have. But I think I will have to make that journey today, since now I want hot chocolate with marshmellows...
what a fun hodgepodge. i'd have to pick saturday and sunday. they were both lovely days! took a walk through our hilly neighborhood (have the shin splints to show for that, ha!)
i'd take rosemary in a heartbeat.
and now i'd love to have some hot chocolate. or some 1/2 and 1/2 hot chocolate with coffee. yummmmm.

I hope your pizza gets there! Do you have a backup plan? I'm having a super bowl party with lots of appetizers but I'm also making a big pot of chili and The Barefoot Contessa's recipe for jalapeno cheddar cornbread which is yummy. I just hope the roads clear up enough and the snow we expect on Saturday is not a problem. Sunday looks good weather wise but Saturday is questionable. Today is a sheet of ice everywhere you look-treacherous.
Hope the Pizza's make it to your house in time. Those of us shoveling out don't really think about the people in the south and how our snow affects them. I just want to dig out.

i would say my graduation day..we were not aloud to throw our caps (for fear of hurting someone) they said if we did we could not attend grad bash which was pose to be a fun party all night long i paid $25 for a ticket and wasnt going to mess that up ..but the party wasnt much of a party and they didnt have anything for us to do ..knowing that now i would of threw my hat so high lol

You just said the magic words: Lou Malnati's Deep Dish Pizza. That has got to be the best darn pizza that exists - ever. I absolutely adore the stuff. I hope it makes in time!

Rosemary is one of the spices in life that brings back a memory so vivid that I can hardly stand to taste it. A former boyfriend used to make this dry chicken and rosemary dish that i absolutely hated, but he liked. It always makes me think of him LOL It's been 16 years, you'd think I'd be over it by now! haha
