I didn't show up to this party last week because I did my Disneyland post and I also didn't have anything to report. I had stayed at 206 which was actually a good thing since I had gone out for lunch twice and ate a lot of birthday cake. (carrot cake in the bakery at Walmart was very good) I guess that maybe with the 14 hours of walking around Disneyland I must have burned some calories. (and what is it about Disneyland that makes me have energy that I haven't seen in years?) If I go for a walk outside my house I get winded right away. They must have special magical air!
So as of Thursday afternoon (I get my best weight in the afternoon) I have gone down 2 pounds putting me at 204. Total lost -8!

Hm, I really need to loose some weight, but I don't see walking around in Disneyland or world or universe as a distinct possibility for the foreseeable future. Any suggestions? (Well apart from giving up my cinnamon ice cream of course!)
good for you...I put on a few pounds over the winter so I'm working on getting them off...with the weather so warm now it's much easier...not as hungry...

I think my scale is broken. It doesn't seem to move and yet, I can tell by my clothing that I am continuing to lose. I think I'll just stay off the stupid scale.

Going in the right direction my friend!! I am surprised you get your best weight in the afternoon! I get my best right in the morning after I use the bathroom! ;-) I weigh myself three times and take the best 2 our of 3 (I am a bit OCD in this...) I can't wait until the summer when I have time to walk- I'll be working most of June I imagine but at least I can go in on my time... :-)

Great job! I'm sure walking around Disney burnt tons of calories. My fitness tracker estimated that we burnt around 1000 just walking around the zoo for four hours!
two pounds is awesome! people try to lose weight too fast. If you drop one pound a week, in six months you will have lost almost 30 lbs!

That's awesome! Disneyland is the perfect place to shed calories. I wonder if you can just walk around the park early, while it's still closed just for the exercise?
