Friday was Breast Cancer Awareness day and our newspaper was pink!
I had a scare this year with something that was found on my mammogram. It turned out to be nothing and I thank God for that. My prayers are with all the people in our world who are suffering from breast cancer and all the other cancers that take the lives of those we love. (((HUGS)))

I've had so many scares over the years! I have had a breast MRI every 6 months for the last year and a half. They have just moved it to once a year. I have had two open biopsies and several needle biopsies. Honestly, mine are just suspicious little things! But never has it been cancer for which I am so very grateful!
I love they made the paper pink!
Many prayers for them all!
Scares are not good; glad yours wasn't a major thing, Debby. How cute with the paper being pink! Important to get the news out about something so important like this!
betty
thanks Debby...going to click and sign up. Too many have fallen from this disease. Have a great weekend out there...and stay safe and strong.
that's so cool that the newspapers are pink!! it's scary stuff tho and everyone should do what they can to catch it early!
in Tulsa there's this turn Tulsa pink with pink fire trucks and ambulances and very cool pink stuff! hehe
I hate scares. Hate them. And cancer- I hate it too. It's taken one grandmother, both my FIL and MIL and tried to take my dad. Stupid cancer. My MIL passed away from breast cancer. I really hate cancer.
Thanks for posting this! Everyone needs to get regular mammograms - I need to go make an appointment!
So important!!
I am glad you are ok, Debby. I have a strong ca history so I have mammograms regularly....Christine
I'm glad you are o.k. too Debby!
I've had several scares also.
I have three friends going through treatment now (one very serious) and several others who have already completed treatment and are doing well. It is just too common...an epidemic really. I pray for all who are going through it now and I pray that we can stop it! Bless all those who are striving to put an end to it.
Bless you, sweet friend!
Pink newspaper? What an awesome idea!
