This week’s statements:
1. The last time I was on vacation, I went to
Chicago! (it was just last week)
2. For
dinner I like to eat
a big salad.
3. My heart hurts when
a child dies because
parents should not have to live with so much grief !
4. Why must
we pay so much for beauty products just to
wash most of them down the drain.

I'm so with you on the beauty products.
I've never been to the "Windy City", but hope to visit one day. Good point for #4! Enjoy your weekend, Debby!
I love salad with dinner too!
My heart hurts for grieving parents too.I don't wear make-up but once in a blue moon, but yeah it costs way to much I buy it for my girls to just to wash away.
Great answers...especially 3 and 4!
Chicago...I want to go....I heard it's an amazing place and when a child dies my heart hurts too. Hugs to you Debby. Have a great day out there.
Agree with #4. I suspect that we can accomplish the same with just general cleaning products ... a good gentle soap, a good moisturizing lotion, etc.
I'm with you about the beauty products and definitely with you about children dying; I just can't imagine the parents' grief. My niece has a friend who was in her wedding; long story short, her youngest got cancer last year and despite doing all they could, he's on hospice now; it just breaks my heart, but they have a strong faith and hope in Jesus no matter what the outcome.
Yum on salads!
betty
I love dinner salads......visited Chicago once for a convention, enjoyed the time there.

Chicago is my home town - can't wait to hear about what is going on!
I would love to go to Chicago. Due to where family lives most of the time we go to Oregon on vacation.
oh i agree with you on the beauty products... so much easier to go au natural and wash with soap and water!
Our mayor was just in Chicage and I would love to go just to give you a better impression of Torontonians.
I can only eat a big salad for dinner if the hubs is eating something else. he always says 'its not filling enough' ... men :)
My salads are always big ones...love them. I do agree with you on 2,3,4,. I have been to chicago use to live close by.
Chicago is a great city...
Hi Debby, hope you are doing well! I am craving a huge chicken salad with tons of veggies today!
Chicago is a cool city - used to have some friends who lived there.
And I suddenly want a salad.

You're so right. A parent shouldn't have to witness the death of a child...it's just not the natural order of things. :/
Nice fill-in Debby! Spent 3 months in Chicago last year - my wife was in the hospital for two of them. So I don't care to go back any time soon.
Here are my fill-ins ...
1. The last time I was on vacation, I went to Omaha!
2. For dinner I like to eat a big steak (or lobster tail).
3. My heart hurts when I see a person cry because life can be so hard.
4. Why must people act so awful just to get elected.
The last time I went on vacation, I went to Edinburgh, Scotland.
For dinner, I like to eat pasta with my homemade sauce.
My heart hurts when I see people not able to pay their bills.
Why must people act so awful toward other fellow human beings.
