1. When it comes to good manners, what two top your list of most important?
There are so many but I will say "Please" and "Thank You."
2. Let's open a proverbial can of worms...Common Core. Are you familiar with the term (talking education reform in the USA)? If so, care to share your thoughts? In your opinion, what is one of the biggest issues schools (in your home country) face today?
No I am not up on this one.

3. Name a celebrity whose fashion sense you admire and share why.
I have always liked Diane Keaton's fashion sense.
4. How are you affected by the changing seasons?
This time of year for us we start getting Santa Ana winds and all my nails break with the dryness.
5. Scariest book you've ever read?
I don't do scary books....I'm just starting to get into some scary movies! As a rule I only read romance novels.
6. What time of day are you most hungry? What's your go-to snack?
With my diet right it has 3 meals and two snacks so I find this doesn't happen anymore. It use to around two in the afternoon because I never ate breakfast and most days no lunch either. Go to snack doing low carb last year was always nuts, years ago it would be Doritos's for sure.....
7. Do you lean more towards being too needy or too independent? Which do you find harder to deal with in others?
This is a hard one to answer. I was always needy, my parents took care of me and then my husband. Then we divorced and I learned to be independent which made me very proud of myself, however I like to be taken care of !!!! They both have their faults.
8. Insert your own random thought here.
This is our first time staying at the Aria!

Well have fun in Vegas and I think a lot of us are going to say Please and Thank you.
A suggestion (it's not too big): The Girl who Loved Tom Gordon by Stephen King. It's kind of scary, but not, so perfect. And no strange cars or powers in it!
romance novels [kidding] can be scary. Okay, as you can see I am just kidding.
Enjoy Vegas!!!
Have a wonderful time Debby! My hubs needs some time off in the worst way, but of course this is the busiest time of year for him. We have a little trip planned in November, but may have to reschedule. His work calendar just won't quit. Enjoy Vegas!
I'm independent to a fault. I don't know how to ask for help.
We don't use Common Core in Virginia.
You go girl! Have fun in Vegas :)
I've turned into this independent person. However, I think almost to far. To the point of shutting people out.
happy travels!!!
my snacks are frequently low-salt mixed nuts. :)
Have fun in Las Vegas. I do not do scary movies at all!!!!!!! I like please and thank you. I am not a big fan of Diane's wardrobe. LOL
Have a nice trip.

Have fun in Vegas!!
Enjoy Las Vegas, Debby! I'm with you about scary books; read Salem's Lot years ago by Stephen King, that about did me in and convinced me not to read any more scary books.
betty

Have a safe trip! Will look forward to hearing about your trip!
Bethany
Did you win anything in Vegas?? Sounds like fun, i haven't been in about 15 years! Although i went to Reno about 4 years ago, same thing almost.. :)
I will have to try cutting down on dairy, i already don't drink as much milk or eat yogurt & ice cream like i used to, maybe that is why my allergies are a little better this year so far.
I always work on please and thank you's with the boys. Drives me nuts when ppl cant' have common courtesy.
Have fun in Vegas. can't wait to hear about that hotel and your stay!
Diane Keaton... she's got a unique style... I always like she wears hats!
Enjoyed your responses Debby. I would add "you're welcome" to #1. Not sure why but folks usually say thank you when I say thank you.
I think some women look so good in hats but I would feel so foolish wearing them.
Enjoy Vegas!
Have a fun trip to Vegas!
Have fun in Vegas. Junk food is what I crave when I am hungry.
