Volume 207
Thank you Joyce.
Hope on over and join in!
1. Do you wear your heart on your sleeve, or keep your emotions tucked in tight?
Nowadays I wear my heart on my sleeve.
2. How did you meet your closest friend?
This is hard for me to answer. I have several people who I consider to be my closest friend.
3. Pink lemonade, grilled salmon, cotton candy, pink grapefruit, a strawberry milkshake, or raspberry sorbet...of the pink foods listed, which one is your favorite? Least favorite? Which one have you most recently consumed?
I will say Raspberry sorbet. I don't feel I have a least favorite. Probably grilled salmon was consumed most recently.
4. When were you last 'tickled pink' over something? Explain.
Actually I was tickled pink on Friday night when I had dinner with a woman I meet three and a half years ago in the UK. It's Phil's mom, he works with Mark, and she is in town right now visiting her son. She brought me flowers.
5. Are you a fan of television talk shows? Daytime, nighttime, or both? What's your favorite?
Actually I am a fan of Andy Cohen's talk show on Bravo at 11:30 pm which I DVR! I do enjoy Jimmy Fallon but only watch it occasionally. I use to watch some daytime shows back in the day when you didn't have much to choose from. Now with cable I have movies on all day.
6. When was the last time you wanted to ask a question, but felt too foolish to do so?
I can't think of a time. I'm pretty brave when it comes to asking a question to someone in person.
7. My favorite Board Game right now is LOGO.
8. Insert your own random thought here.

my emotions are on my face, hate, love, whatever I think it is right there to be read by anyone looking at me.
My friend Madeline is my best and longest friend.we met in Jr high in 1959. i moved from the boon docks of KY into Savannah and was scared silly. she came to my desk and said Hi, I am Madeline and saved my life that day. we are still friends but 400 miles apart. we talk in email every day.
LOGO? I've got to check it out - I love games :)
the graphic is too funny! i don't like sorbet much, but love fresh raspberries. have a cup of them every morning before coffee (along with a glass of water). :) so sweet of the lovely woman to bring you flowers!
I'm not familiar with LOGO. Is it new?
How sweet of Phil's mom to bring you flowers :)
I loved your random thought today. Ha!
I have never heard of LOGO, but I'll be checking it out soon! Your cartoon cracked me up! Love it!
Just found you thru Hodgepodge. I am an empty nester, with two children, and LOVE Andy Cohen! We have so much in common. I'm going to go back and read some of your old posts. Happy Hump Day!
Flowers are such a great way to add some cheer to someone's day. I haven't heard of LOGO either but am off to Google it.
Sounds like you had an enjoyable dinner.
LOL...I love the graphic!
I had to google Ding-Dongs for my son.
He had only heard of Little Debbie cakes :)
I haven't heard of Logo.. What's that like?
I've seen LOGO advertised, but haven't played. I'm glad to know it's a good one. We enjoy games here. Well I do, and my family humors me : )
I have not heard of LOGO I don't think.
Happy Wednesday!
Is that death by Little Debbie cakes? LOL I am unfamiliar with LOGO. But, as we LOVE games in our family, I'll have to check it out!
I am not surprised with your answer that you wear your heart on your sleeve - you love deeply.
I cannot remember the last time I watched a talk show!
Enjoyed your answers...:)
xo
Love the witch picture. I am never home when talk shows are on. Maybe once I retire? I am not seeing that either. I am like you....too many movies, old and new, to choose from.
That ding dong cartoon is too funny!! Glad you got out and had nice dinner with friends. There's nothing like a girls night out to lift spirits. I've never heard of Logo. I love Ellen and Jimmy Fallon but have to dvr both.
I love that cartoon. It certainly gave me a good laugh this morning. I was just telling my husband a couple of weeks ago, that we should buy a couple of board games and start having a game night. I'll have to check out Logo... :)
LOL with your random thought; cute cartoon! I haven't heard of LOGO; I'm going to check it out. How nice to have had lunch with the visiting mom :) I bet you enjoyed it :)
betty
I'm the only person in the family who likes board games - rather difficult to play against oneself, lol.
My heart seems to be stuck on my sleeve. lol
I always wear my heart on my sleeve! Oh, and I haven't had a Ding Dong in years but now I want one! LOL
Hi Debby! I really like raspberry sherbet. I wonder if it's like sorbet? I don't really wear my feelings on my sleeve, but admire those who can.
Love the random thought, you're funny!!
Blessings,
Ceil
OMGosh The Ding Dong is killing me. It represents my life in some ways ... lol.
I love you had a chance to have dinner with her. Very sweet to bring you flowers :)
While I like raspberry sorbet and have a childish thing for cotton candy, I am a big, big fan of salmon.
I used to be more reserved, but now I wear my heart on my sleeve, too.
