Would you believe that September 26th, one month ago, was my last post about the movies I went to see which makes this movie the third movie I saw in a month.
That is not like me at all. I usually see about 5 movies each month. Just haven't been feeling it lately yet there are a few movies I want to see but nothing drawing me in enough to make me go.
I went to see The Martian on October 6th and I loved it. That was 20 days ago.......
I didn't want to wait until Mark could see it because honestly he just hasn't had anytime to go and he had three movies in line he wanted to see already which we haven't seen as yet!
Go see this movie, you won't be disappointed. Extremely entertaining. Matt Damn, who I think is a great actor, is excellent in this role along with several of the other actors.
"During a manned mission to Mars, Astronaut Mark Watney is presumed dead after a fierce storm and left behind by his crew. But Watney has survived and finds himself stranded and alone on the hostile planet. With only meager supplies, he must draw upon his ingenuity, wit and spirit to subsist and find a way to signal to Earth that he is alive."

I nearly fell out of my chair from shock that you have not been to the movies in that long a period.
I am surprised that you haven't gone to more too. We were thinking about that one.

Hi there, I also enjoyed the movie-he is such a good actor.
There hasn't been alot out lately-hopefully some good movies will come out when it gets cold-we always go on Tuesday, because the cost is so much less.

I have heard great things about it.
Hubby and I have this movie on our must see list. (but at the rate we're going the kids will be in college before we see it!) LOL I better grab a girlfriend and some popcorn and just go!
I heard a lot of good things about that movie; glad you enjoyed it! It is interesting how things change and we get out of old habits, like going to the movies, etc. I bet you'll be back to your routine of movie watching soon :)

We're not big movie-goers, but I've got my heart set on seeing Bridge of Spies. Heck, I'd probably pay money to go see Tom Hanks, even if he were reciting the phone directory. :)
My husband said he'd like to see this one. Sounds like a good one.
I think it would be a good movie
We went to see this movie and enjoyed it. I'm not usually a fan of movies about space or Mars, but this was a good one and my husband liked it, too.
