On April 27th I went to see The Huntsman:Winter's War. I have to say that I really enjoyed this movie. I found it to be very entertaining. I did not see the prequel Snow White and the Huntsman but I hope to watch it soon.

Then on May 3rd I went to see the move Mother's Day. What a great cast of people! I liked it and wouldn't mind seeing it again. I'm sure I will buy it on DVD.
It is a Gary Marshall movie and there are two other movies that he made called Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve. I own both of them. It is an ensemble cast and their stories intertwine in the movie.

Yesterday I went to see Mothers and Daughters. I liked this movie. It was a rather simple movie with a great cast. It definitely had its share of emotional moments.
It centered around adoption, lies, abortion, drugs and the role that mother's play in our lives. It was about forgiveness which is never easy. Mother's are human and make mistakes. Those mistakes often haunt them for the rest of their lives.

I want to see the Huntsman/Queen one - I LOVED LOVED LOVE the Snow White one.
I am so glad to hear someone's opinion of the Huntsman/Queen. I thought it looked good and I did love the Snow White one. We have also seen Mother's Day...loved it, and Mother's and Daughter's is on our list. Have a good week-end!
