On Friday May 11th Mark and I went to see Life Of The Party with Melissa McCarthy. It was my pick for Mother's Day weekend. I wasn't sure if Mark would enjoy it but he did and so did I. We both laughed a lot!

On Thursday May 24th I went to see Book Club. This movie was a lot of fun and definitely worth seeing. You can't beat the cast in this movie with Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen and Mary Steenburgen!

... but will take a pass on Book Club because of Ms. Fonda. Regretfully, I've trouble separating someone's personal life from their character.

Being inside the movies certainly sounds like the place to be on these hot days in Texas. I think we will go see the Star Wars movie. Solo.
