I have seen 13 movies and haven't posted about them. I'm struggling here. My blogging mojo is gone. The first one is from October 23rd. Like I will even remember much about them, right? However I am going to try. I will probably do two posts since there are so many.
On 10/23/18 we went to see The Sisters Brothers which is a western. This was a good movie and it has a great cast of actors that we like.
"In 1850s Oregon, a gold prospector is chased by the infamous duo of assassins, the Sisters brothers."
We went to see Bad Times at the El Royale on 10/30/18. This movie was good but I felt it was a little to slow for me. Mark really loved it. Has a great cast and yes I would watch it again.
"Circa 1969, several strangers, most with a secret to bury, meet by chance at Lake Tahoe's El Royale, a rundown hotel with a dark past. Over the course of one night, everyone will show their true colors - before everything goes to hell."
Next up is Bohemian Rhapsody which I saw by myself. I went on 11/13/18 and actually saw two movies that day. This movie was so good. I was never even into their music yet I knew all the songs! I really loved this movie and can't wait to buy it on DVD.
"The story of the legendary rock band Queen and lead singer Freddie Mercury, leading up to their famous performance at Live Aid (1985)."
Then I went to see Beautiful Boy. Excellent movie! Of course I loved the actors in this movie and that's always a plus for me.
"Based on the best-selling pair of memoirs from father and son David and Nic Sheff, Beautiful Boy chronicles the heartbreaking and inspiring experience of survival, relapse, and recovery in a family coping with addiction over many years."
Next up is Instant Family which we saw on 11/20/18. This movie was so much fun and a great story about fostering children. We both enjoyed it.
"A couple find themselves in over their heads when they foster three children."
On 12/10/18 I went to see Green Book. This movie was excellent. I can't wait to buy it and it is definitely worthy of all the nominations it has had over the last few months.
"A working-class Italian-American bouncer becomes the driver of an African-American classical pianist on a tour of venues through the 1960s American South."

I heard that Bohemian Rhapsody was an excellent movie and that's one I would like to see.
I didn't realize Beautiful Boy was made into a movie. I did read the book and it was excellent.
I haven't heard of some of these, but a lot of them look good. Will have to catch them on RedBox or if they come to Netflix or Amazon Prime down the line. It is sometimes hard to keep a blogging mojo up especially with lots of other things going on.

WOW...you have been really busy watching movies. Last one I saw was Mama Mia Here We Go Again. Not really ran across any more that I wanted to see except Bohemian Rhapsody but I did not make it to that one. I really have to want to go see one really bad before I go. Sounds like a nice way to spend sometime though.
Okay saw Beautiful Boy - loved it and brought Andy to it - hope him think about taking drugs. Also saw Upside - it was great. Very interesting. You have so much fun! sandie
Wow I guess the last movie I went to was Mary Poppins. I do have Amazon Prime and they've got a new Agatha Christie adaptation, The ABC Murders with John Malkovich. We really liked it, but then we like lots of the mysteries. I'll have to check into these!
