Thought I would share more pictures of James.
This is JP after his bath that Grandma and Gramps gave him and you can see his hair all slicked down and not flyaway like it likes to be. Of course I do love his flyaway wavy hair.
A picture Gabby sent of JP and daddy.
Loving his peace sign teether that we gave him.
Playing peek a boo!
Now this precious photo is one that the day care sitter's son took. JP is always playing with his hands and putting them together this way. I've never been able to capture it yet he does it all the time. They caught this while he was sleeping which was a perfect time to capture it. (Of course he is sitting in a little pick bouncer that the day care lady has.)
Life has been very busy for some reason. Day's are going by rather quickly. Heck, we haven't even been to the show in several weeks!
I had my first session of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Therapy on Thursday. I will be going for 9 weeks, twice a week. They work on building the muscles around your lungs to give you more upper body strength. They get you motivated and give you the resources to help you learn that there are exercises available to do for people with COPD.
She said I should start to feel a difference in about 2 weeks. Of course the 9 weeks doesn't mean much if you don't practice it at home yourself or do it after the 9 weeks are over. Now I haven't actually done too much yet because the first session was about my history and lots of breathing tests were taken to see where I am at.
The worst part is that it is an hour each way but I have been able to schedule appointments on Wednesday after bowling so it only becomes one trip each week since I am out that way with bowling.

Oh, isn't that a precious photo. So glad someone was able to take a photo of that.
Good look with your therapy. I feel like I could use some more air today, I have been wheezing up and down the stairs due to this cold.
Aww, James is adorable. Thanks for sharing him with us.
Yes, you have to keep up those exercises outside of therapy. I learned that when I was going to physical therapy for my back. Once therapy ended and I quit doing the exercises I started hurting again.
JP is truly adorable!!! I love the praying hands the sitter took. and he looks so happy with his daddy. these are all beautiful shots of him. I wish my hair was wavy like his. glad to hear you are going to therapy, hope it works quickly
Oh my...how adorable! Love those curls and that sweet little face.
Oh my word, Debby. JP should be a child model! Love the praying hands!
Oh my goodness - he is a living doll - I could look at pictures of him all day. Rick and I saw a little boy baby with blonde hair the other day - and his hair was sticking out like he stuck his finer in a light bulb and got shocked - HE WAS SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And good luck on her rehabilitation...I hope it takes and does well for you. sandie
Your JP is just the most precious...and those praying hands are precious too.
Hope your new therapy works and you get stronger each day.
He's son darling! I too love his hands clasped like that; like he is praying (and maybe he is :)
Glad you started the rehab. I'm sure it will help. Just fit the exercises into your routine and I'm sure they will become habits before long!
betty
Hi, I just love when you share JP .. cute, cute and more cute.
Take care my friend, keep up the rehab. I am praying all will go well.
Love, Carla
He's adorable and I love the way he folds his hands! That's amazing!
Such a cutie.
I hope the respiratory therapy helps!
Such precious pictures of your precious baby boy. Love those sweet smiles and the clasped hands. Oh my!
What a sweet little boy! Your grandson I’m thinking, but I could be wrong. Those little hands...have never seen a child do that when at rest. Looks as if he might be saying a prayer.
