2. March 31st is National Tater Day...your favorite way to have a potato? Given a choice would you opt for sweet, white, or red? How often are potatoes on your menu in one form or another? Ever been to Idaho? If not, is that a state you'd like to visit someday?
Oh my, I'm not sure but I do enjoy a white baked potato with butter, cheese and sour cream. I do however bake sweet potatoes maybe once a month. We don't eat potatoes very often and we drive through Idaho on the way to Montana.
3. Last time someone or something 'rained on your parade'? Explain.
I'm drawing a blank.....
4. Put all your eggs in one basket, get cracking, nest egg, bad egg, good egg, egg on, have egg on your face, or walk on eggshells...choose a phrase from the list that applies to something in your life currently and tell us how or why.
I'm going to go with "get cracking" because Mark is painting the bedroom and we eventually need to get new carpeting. It is time to clean out the dresser draws, the big walk in closet and my office because they would all be involved with the installation of carpeting or some other flooring at the same time.
We have said goodbye to our waterbed and bought a new foam mattress. This would be the perfect time to get new flooring but the other rooms need to be decluttered. We should have thought this out better. We could never move the water bed.
5. If I visited your home would I find a lot of baskets there? Something you like to keep in a basket?
I don't know if I would say a lot of baskets but there are definitely baskets around. A few are filled with large pine cones. I have baskets that hold our napkins and paper plates. Anybody remember Longaberger Baskets. I went to a party years ago and they last forever.
We have Mark's grandmothers beautiful large wicker laundry basket which we keep throws in. Now she was born in 1900 so you know this basket is very old.

I had no idea it was national tater day. Who comes up with all these days any way? Now that it's just me I don't eat as much potatoes as I used to but I do love them.
Hooray for hair cuts. I finally got mine cut last week.
I do remember when baskets were very popular. I actually went to a basket weaving party with some of the teachers I worked with at the time. I haven't had my hair cut in over a year and it is time. I want a change so am still thinking about it, lol. Happy Easter Debby!
i had not noticed Marks hair was long, to me it looks great both ways. bet it feels better.. 2 baskets here, one for dog toys one for magazines and i want a big one for throws . my favorite way to eat potatoes is french frys, of course, i love sweet taters and bake 2 a week and keep cubes of it in fridge for my snacks and for Beau. when we have potatoes with a steak i love the little red ones.. I was raised on potatoes, all three types, daddy grew them and we ate them at every meal, but never french fried
☺️ on Marks hair.... way better with the fresh haircut!! My daughter’s birthday is today and she is a potato lover! Who knew it is also National Potato Day?? I’ll have to tell her!
I enjoyed your answers.
I'm a big potato eater.
I do remember the Longaberger baskets, I have some stored away.
I like Mark's haircut.
Have a good Wednesday.

How often are potatoes on your menu in one form or another? I do try to stay away from them. Maybe once or twice a month but this past week....more!
Ever been to Idaho? No...

haha....well, that would be something that happens in little ways, often and hard to keep up with them all.
4. Put all your eggs in one basket, get cracking, nest egg, bad egg, good egg, egg on, have egg on your face, or walk on eggshells...choose a phrase from the list that applies to something in your life currently and tell us how or why. get cracking...cause I am wasting way to much time on the internet blogging this morn when I should get up and do something..
5. If I visited your home would I find a lot of baskets there? Something you like to keep in a basket? Not a lot. Right now I am looking at one that is sitting in the floor, it holds dog and cat toys

my random thought today is that I love seeing all the blooms coming out this time of yr. Was moms fave time of the yr.
GREAT questions....send Mark my way, I have a bedroom and office that needs painting!
Mark's haircut looks very nice. And I love baked potatoes with butter and sour cream too. Yummo!! :-) ~Andrea xoxo
I do enjoy a baked potato with all that good stuff too but I always feel like I'm dressing up to excess; if it were not for the butter, sour cream etc, would I even like it??
Happy Easter. I love baskets. I also like Mark's haircut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Longaberger Baskets! I live in the same county now! But I don't own a Longaberger basket.
The drive through Idaho is always beautiful!
Happy Easter!
Happy Easter! I love the haircut. 😊
How I’d love to replace the carpet in our bedrooms and hallway ... but can’t wrap my mind around HOW IN THE WORLD would be get all the heavy furniture moved and put back in place. Hope you'll show us pictures of the 'new to you' rooms!
I can't remember the last time I ate a potato.
Mark's is a good-looking cut, and now I'm wondering if James will notice!
Good luck with the projects.
Longaberger Baskets, oh yes, I remember those. I have a few.
I like the hair cut. :-) Let us know what James says about grandpa's haircut.

Nice haircut, very neat.
I agree, too much wind. My husband has to tape the umbrellas closed. My hubby cuts his own hair and does a pretty good job. Have a Happy Easter!
That's quite a change, but I personally like short. My hubs also grew his hair out during Covid, but cut it for the wedding. Hope you have a wonderful Easter weekend!
Definitely a better look with that haircut! A very happy Easter to you and yours!
That is quite the difference with the haircut! I bet he loves it too.
Ya, house projects turn into a bigger deal than you think. Your bedroom will be awesome when it is done.
I like the shorter haircut better, too. I think longer hair is a young man's game.
