2. Last time you were instructed to 'say cheese!'? How do you feel about having your picture taken?
Actually I had Dylan take a picture of Amber and me. I believe he said "say cheese!" I do not like myself much in pictures anymore.
3. What's your travel packing strategy? Are you typically a light packer or do you throw in everything but the kitchen sink? When flying do you check a bag or aim for carry on only?
I am a terrible packer. As you know, I just got home yesterday from Montana and I brought too many clothes. I guess I'm everything but the kitchen sink. I can not carry on so my bag is always checked.
4. What is it about people's cell phone habits that you find most annoying?
My example will be from one of my flights home yesterday. The woman is talking to someone on the phone before you actually have to put your phone on airplane mode. She certainly didn't care who was listening. In that case I think you should text. I rarely talk on my cell phone.
5. What will be your summer mantra/slogan?
I haven't got a clue.

I had a nice visit with Amber, Dylan and their dog Finley. Time goes by so quickly. We will be driving to Montana at the end of July to go to the Fair and I think see a Rodeo.

Hi Debby, that is a nice picture. Good that you still take pictures. That is nice that you will be going in July and the fair sounds like a fun thing to do. We used to go to the Orange County fair, but it is so crowded. Enjoy the rest of you week!

the rodeo sounds fun.. I love all cheese but only eat seriously sharp cheddar now because that if the one IBS allows.. no idea why it likes hard cheese but not soft. I love baby bells or did. I agree with you, talking on cell phones in public places the person should get to a more private place. people on cells in doctors waiting room are my most hated and a friend that I used to meet for lunch, laid her phone on the table and answered every call or text that came in. she invited me for lunch and all I did was eat and listen to her on her phone.
I love most cheeses!! I don't like my picture taken either - but if I don't let them take it - how will they remember me? lol And I travel way to heavy too. So glad you had a good time and that you are heading back next month.
I LOVE cheese. I don't know that I really have just one favorite. I like all kinds.
Most annoying cell phone habit for me would have to be people who come up to the deli/bakery to be waited on and they are talking on their cell phone while you stand there waiting for them to say what they want. I also hate people who walk around in a public place with their phone on speaker having a conversation for everyone to hear.
Your trips to Montana sound so enjoyable and I'm guessing its because of that beautiful daughter. It is hard to pack for every possible occasion and especially climate differences that may occur. I used to overpack and still do when we drive to Indiana, but a few times I under projected the outfits and ended up having to buy a thing or two. My mantra for you would be to enjoy your view as much as possible.
Love most cheese and snack on it a lot. We had tacos last night with plenty of cheese.
From all of our trade show days I did learn to pack minimally an rolled most clothes. Don't travel plane-wise hardly at all any more. I do miss it.
People talking so loudly on their phone that I am unfortunately part of the conversation..
This too will pass..ie..the heat

Boy, I'm really late commenting on this one. I'm on vacation so didn't post to this weeks, so I figured I'd go back and comment on this HP. I enjoyed your answers. I'd love to go to montana. I was flying somewhere on Tuesday and the lady in the middle seat was talking to someone when we landed and i was thinking "lady, you better be ready to get out of this seat when it's our turn.
