Hi Everyone,
I just thought I would give you an update with what is going on right now in my life. As you know we planned on leaving for Montana on Monday morning.
Found out yesterday that Dylan has covid. We still plan on hopefully going but don't have an exact date yet. We are both free the following week also but we will miss the rodeo and Dylan won't have time off of work. Obviously he has to test negative and praying that Amber doesn't get it too!
Also, Mark had his car in for service about 10 days ago for his 100,000 mile check-up. It all went well until yesterday when we were going to Adam's house. We stopped to get gas and then we picked up James at daycare. Got back in the car and the emission light came on and also super handling all wheel drive. Why?
So the car is at the dealer right now and hopefully they will figure out what is going on. Also, Mark did check that the cap was tight on the gas tank because that can cause the light to come on.
So your prayers would be welcomed.
Here's a photo of James from last night. We had fun with him and a great dinner with Adam and Gabby. That's his new pool toy.
Something else that happened which was really cute. Adam and Gabby had brought home some of the cookies and chocolates that were given to them at The French Laundry.
Gabby asked James to try one of the chocolates and he took a bite and said "This is the best chocolate I have ever tasted!"

Covid sucks, never had it and hope I don't get it.
Life is full of spanners that get thrown at us just to make things difficult.
Such a shame about that Covid infection! But maybe, because of Mark's car issues, God was intervening from you traveling to Montana. So much better to have it fixed at home.
James is as cute and sweet as ever!
What a great pool toy!
I'm so sorry Covid's forced a change of your plans to visit ... that, and can you imagine if the car's warning light came on halfway to Montana? It's always something!
Sorry about Covid changing your plans. That little one is sweet as can be!
I hope Dylan clears from covid very quickly and that Amber doesn't get it. Cars can be very frustrating sometimes. As always, James is such a cutie!
Well that’s a bummer! Every now and then I’ll hear of someone coming down with Covid. Mostly those who work.
James is so cute. His chocolate statement was funny. Nice to be around such pure innocence!
Hi Debby, sorry he got Covid but hopefully not a bad case. I have only had it once and it was mild. James looks so happy on his shark! I hope things work out with the car and you can be on your to your vacation.
So sorry about the virus.
Such a cute pool toy. James has an adorable smile.
Hope y'all have a safe trip. 💙
Sending prayers for save travels. Be careful with all the fires going on... I will be praying for travel mercies.
Thank you for sharing James with us.

Awe that is a compliment - the best chocolate I ever ate.
I am so sorry the kids have Covid - but of course you do NOT need that. I hear it is going around again. Hope they get well quick!
Sorry to hear about your trip being postponed. Hope Adam is better soon.
Too bad about the car. Hopefully it's something simple that made the lights come on.
So sorry to hear that Dylan has covid. Hope he recovers quickly and none of the rest of the family gets it.
Oh no on the car business too. I sure hope it's nothing too serious.
Love the daily dose of James. He is such a cutie on his pool toy.
Take care
Sue
So sorry for the delayed trip, but how fortunate you found out prior to traveling. Covid seems to be really making the rounds again-ugh! I hope you're able to get the car taken care of and travel at a later date. Sometime these hiccups are a blessing in disguise. Take care. I know the disappointment is real.
I’m so sorry about the Covid.
