It may not be possible for anyone to help me with this issue that I recently starting having a few weeks ago with my emails. This is Gmail I am talking about.
Normally when I would email with someone, the back and forth replies stay on the same page. Now for some reason my reply gets sent separately. So technically you can't really have a conversation when my response is over in sent and not on the same page.
I have been trying everything in the Gmail settings. I have compared mine with Mark's a few times now. The only difference we see is that he has his conversation view checked. So I checked that and we emailed back and forth and it was fine.
However, with that setting, every single comment from Wednesday Hodgepodge were all grouped together. It was pretty hard to reply and I didn't like it at all. It was extremely annoying.
I had also heard from one blogger who said she got my response but it was in a different folder. So that can't work. So I have since turned it off but now my conversations went back to not being on the same email.
Any suggestions that you may have would be greatly appreciated. I'm really bummed about this. The only other thing I could do is have it on and then turn it off on Wednesday's but that's not going to happen.

I just checked my gmail and this doesn't happen to me! Maybe it depends on the device??
I don't have your email address. I have a computer, chromebook and my phone. Happens on all of them. This started a few weeks ago.
My Outlook accounts were in a format I didn't like and just recently started playing around in Settings. Now my email is in conversation form, I have a 'reading pane' that I didn't have before. We have four different emails so I had to click on each link (under settings) to make my changes. It's a different platform though so I don't know if this will help.
I don't have gmail - but I bet Madsnapper will have an answer!
I mostly use AOL but I just checked how Gmail does it and it seems to be keeping the thread together for me. I hope you get it figured out and would like to know why it's now acting up for you,
I'm afraid I can't be much help. It probably is something that changed in Gmail. I know mine is different than it used to be. I used to get all comments separately but now they will all come in one email and I have to reply to each one individually. I actually have gotten used to that and kind of like it.
this is one the MadSnapper can't help with, I have no clue.. I have even researched it and found nothing to help. this must be some new update that hasn't hit mine.
try opening Gmail in another browser and see if it does the same thing. if it opens in Edge, use Chrome, of use edge for Firefox
Some of mine do that too. I don’t understand. Most of my comments are from no reply bloggers, too. I’ve started leaving replies on my page. Frustrating!
My advice would be to find a 13 year old kid to help you. They seem to know and are able to do everything the internet platforms have to offer
