I am asking for prayers for my sister Darcy. Some of you know that we are attending the wedding for my great niece Amanda and are flying to Georgia on Friday. My sister, the grandmother of the bride, who lives in Florida, ended up in the hospital yesterday with appendicitis. She is having surgery today. My prayer is that they are able to do an laparoscopic procedure which is a quicker recovery in hopes that she can attend the wedding. Thank you so much for your prayers.

UPDATE: Darcy is doing well. Had laparoscopy surgery for her appendix which is a small incision. The doctor said that she can attend the wedding. They are driving and he said that they need to stop often so she can walk around so she doesn't get a blood clot. Thank you for all your prayers.

Praying for your sister now, that all will go well with her surgery and that her recovery will be swift and complete and she will be able to attend her granddaughter's wedding...and see you too!
