May your August be filled with happiness.
On Monday evening we went over to Adam and Gabby's. The last time we saw James he told us he wants to play with the train that we have at our house. They don't come here often because it's just easier for us to go by them.
Now the reason we were going there on Monday night is because James is going with his cousins to Las Vegas. He's probably there now, which means we wouldn't see him over this weekend and we didn't see him last weekend. So of course we said "YES!"
So we brought the train and he really enjoyed playing with it. We also played a few games of Bunko and it was a perfect evening. I'm going to miss not seeing him this weekend.

I knopw you are so lucky to see him as often as you do, and of course you took the train to him! I am pretty sure that is in the grandparent rule book!
I love visiting family especially our Grands even when they are grown and married. Its just the joy of being together.
I'm glad James loves the train and what a reunion it will be when he gets back from his trip.

Yep, I would have gone to see him too! That train is amazing, no wonder he wanted to play with it! Glad you had a good time and got your 'James fix' before they left for Vegas.
