2. September-October-November...your favorite fall month? Tell us why. If you live in the southern hemisphere use these months but sub spring for the word fall.
I'm not sure. I guess I could say October because of my birthday and James' birthday, along with Mark's in November.
Actually this time of year can get pretty nice. The temperatures are starting to get a little cooler although we have still been in the 80's. We seldom get humidity. We don't get the color changes in the trees.
3. A song you love with the word thanks (or some form of that word) in the title or lyrics?
I'm not into a lot of music so I looked some up and of course the song from The Golden Girls "Thank you for being my friend" is a nice one.
4. November is National Peanut Butter Month. Are you a fan? What's the last peanut butter bite you had? Fill in the blank: peanut butter and _____________________ .
Yes, I am a big fan of Peanut Butter. I have a bite almost everyday. I put peanut butter in my yogurt. Love this brand.
Oh, and you can't say jelly. There is none of that for me.
5. This week's gratitude question-What event from this past year are you most grateful for?
Obviously I am grateful for going to Montana to see Amber and Dylan. We loved being their witnesses to their wedding.
I am always grateful for all the time we get to spend with Adam, Gabby and James.
6. Insert your own random thought here.
So Amber and Dylan had a wedding to attend in Missouri. Dylan actually took vacation time. They had a two day travel until they got to the Air B&B they were staying at. The wedding was Saturday. They are heading back home today and should be there in 2 days.
Anyway, on the way up they stopped at Mt. Rushmoor. It was something we suggested because it is one of the most beautiful places to visit. Last time Amber was there she was in an infant seat. (obviously Adam needs to visit there too with James someday)

I haven't been to Mt. Rushmore and would love to see it in person. We hope to make a trip out west in 2027 and that will be on our list. I don't think to put pb in my yogurt but will give that a try. Have a great day Debby!
Great suggestion for Amber and Dylan to visit Mt. Rushmore. Great photos and yes, they look cute in their wedding outfits. That was a special event this past year for you to be their witnesses at their ceremony. Happy Hodgepodge to you, Debby.
Hi, love your song choice. :-)
Thank you for sharing Amber and Dylan with us, they do look cute.
I hope we are able to visit Mt. Rushmore again, we did in 2016 with the boys, it was a great trip.
Yes, they do look cute, Debby! Peanut butter (organic) is one of my go-to foods, too. I get the Smuckers brand. Have a blessed week!
I have tried your peanut better before - not as sweet as Skippy - lol.
I am glad the kids went to Mt. Rushmore - that was such a good picture of them.
I LOVE NOVEMBER.
And I know you are so thankful for your family.
Beautiful couple, your Amber and Dylan!
I love that theme from Golden Girls, too. In fact, I used it for some of my friends' ring-tones.
I need to remember to put some peanut butter in my yogurt tomorrow morning!
I do love peanut butter, especially peanut butter M&M's haha, Healthy all the way !!!
Great photos of the family and I would love to see Mt. Rushmore in person too.

I haven't been to Mount Rushmore but would like to see it in person.
I remember the Golden Girl lyrics.
I have toasted marshmallow flavored Greek yogurt right now and you just gave me an idea to add pb!
One of your grand puppies looks like my chocolate lab!
We haven't been to Mt Rushmore, but it is on our list of things we'd love to do before we get too old. At 85 and 81, I'm afraid we are running out of time. LOL! Yes, the pictures are so so cute - a lovely couple.
I like to put peanut butter in my plain yogurt. That is a good song choice. They had a special on tv last night about the Golden Girls. I am loving this weather. We need rain, but the big playoff game for my grandkids school is Friday and we will be sitting in the rain. My granddaughter has to cheer too. I posted picks of my grandson if you want to come visit.
I'm a total peanut butter addict. Growing up, my dad always made peanut butter and cucumber sandwiches. YUM!!
I've never been to Mt. Rushmore. Nice picture of Amber and Dylan
I enjoyed your answers. I love peanut butter. I often eat some on bread just before I go to bed. It helps settle the tummy grumbles so I can go to sleep. I often also eat it for breakfast on toast with apple butter. I love seeing your kids and also how wonderful they got to go see Mt. Rushmore. I've never been out west/north west. Maybe someday! I enjoyed your post. I hope you are feeling better.
I'm glad they had a chance to see Mt. Rushmore. It's a neat place.
