Just Breathe
Why Just Breathe? Since I have asthma and have spent the last 37 years wishing I had a new pair of lungs I fell in love with this saying when Drew Barrymore said it in her movie "Ever After." Most days I am lucky to just breathe. (Things can always be worse) But let me tell you that it isn't easy when your mind wants you to do something but your body can't do it anymore. I use to spend allot of time wishing I could run in marathons and go to one of those cool exercise classes that women go to. I am lucky I can walk around my house most days. The best thing is that I can still bowl. It's the one day a week that I feel like a normal person. That of course is physically not mentally!

None of us are normal...mentally. Trust me on that one.
I'm so glad that you are indeed breathing, and bowling too!
My husband also has Asthma, it's frightening to see him try to catch his breath. He's got it regulate well for now, but pollen season will do him in, as he also has allergies to almost everything God made. I like reading your blog. :)
BTW your fish keep swimming over to your blog, I fed them and they wont stop mousing over to me :)
The name of your blog is what caught my eye when you left a comment on a blog I was folowing... LOVE IT! simple but beautiful! and I like your post about for your tears...My sister lost her 9 day old son 1yr ago this past march...I still cry and miss him every single day!! I can not imagine how hard it is for my sister and her husband....I also have to say that they now have a 2 month old GORGEOUS son who I am fortunate enough to get to keep during the week while they work...he looks soo much like his big brother who is in the arms of God.
