It's my happy day! I get to go to bowling on Tuesday mornings which I love. I get to talk and socialize with my bowling buddies. I even get to see a little girl named Jordan who is 4 years old. I bowl with her mother and she was kind enough to let me come and watch when Jordan was born. It was amazing and so generous of her. So Jordan has a special place in my heart. Headless Mom is one of my bowling buddies. She was giving me a lesson about Reader today. I am not a person who likes change but I am going to try it and see if I like it. I really don't leave my house often so Tuesday's are really good for me. It's just easier to stay home. I run to the P.O. and sometimes the grocery store but if I can put it off until Tuesday's I do!
So today after bowling I meet my daughter for lunch which was wonderful. Then I went and had a pedicure and decided to get a manicure today also. I usually don't get a manicure so I enjoyed that today. I do go for a pedicure on a regular basis about every six weeks. I wear Birkenstock sandals 24/7/365 unless it's raining out. So that was fun today. Then I stopped for a quick walk through Wal Mart. I could not resist a newborn costume that I saw today. I love giraffe's and I thought that maybe it would look really cute on my baby doll. I have had this doll for like 10 years and haven't bought him any outfits other then what he came in. This doll was on one of Oprah's Favorite Things and I just had to have it. He feels like a real baby. So the costume fits and I've put a picture at the bottom of the page. I also have one of Skye because I know you enjoy seeing her.

Glad you had a good day out... How did you do bowling? my highest score was 82 a long time ago, and that was with a 9lb. ball. CAN'T BOWL, but I tried. I put that on my list of "NOT FUN THINGS TO DO".

What fun! I used to bowl as a kid, on a league, but never had a boyfriend or now husband that liked to go. I could always go with women friends, huh? Good idea.

I didn't know that Oprah had dolls on a favorite things episode. I love that show every year, especially the Christmas one. Once I bought a watch that she showed and I have been wearing it almost every day since then and it was years ago.

I get a pedicure once every blue moon. I wish I could wear birkenstocks and I've tried several times, but if I wear them an hour I hurt all the way from my feet to my, well my real low back!
