So I recently made the Taco Soup on page 135 in the Make It Fast, Cook It Slow cookbook. It was so delicious, we loved it. Give it a try! 
I don't know if you have one of these but it is from Pampered Chef and you can brown your ground beef really fast in the microwave. The tool helps break up the meat! You can go over here to buy one from my friend Sarah.

I forgot to post about the Cowboy Stew. It was very, very good and is on page 189 of the Make is Fast, Cook It Slow Cookbook. This recipe came from my friend IRL. Give this one a try too!

mmmmmm....I need a crockpot cookbook....the easier the better for me with 5 kiddos and keeping my nephew during the day..time just disappears...lol

I am definitely going to have to try this recipe. I love to put something in the crock pot and smell it cooking all day, and be able to just dish it up when it's done. Thanks for sharing these. I'm going to go over to get the recipes. laurie
Yummy I just made this but the fast way on the stove and it rocked. The version I did didn't have the potatoes. The boys LOVED it :)
I'm a dork LOL the potatoes were the second recipes. Man I need more coffee. LOL they look great!
Looks delicious! I make a Chicken Enchilada Soup in my Crock Pot...yum! Don't you just love a Crock Pot?
My hubby (the cook) also got one of those nifty tools from pampered chef! I'll have to pass on this info!!!
