My friend Mara at Weighty Matters sent me a tag. Thank you Mara! Answer her 10 and make up ten, pass them on to others. (I am answering her 10, not passing any on today so please feel free to answer them too) I love answering questions! Head on over and visit with Mara, she lives in the Netherlands, is Dutch and is a tour bus driver with great tales to tell. I love reading her posts.
1. What is the best sound you ever heard?
The laughter of my children :)
2. They offer you a film role. What role would you play?
The Queen of course!
3. What is the best thing about where you live?
The weather
4. If you had a magical power, what would it be?
To heal broken hearts
5. One of those telemarketers rings you up. How do you deal with them?
I usually listen and tell them no thank you. If they won't give up I hang up.
6. What would you not write about in your blog?
I don't share too much about my children because they don't want me to.
7. Do you have a tattoo? If so, where? If not, would you ever get one?
No I don't but I would like a Christian fish symbol on my ankle and a ladybug on my thumb.
8. You HAVE to watch a sports game. Would it be football (the soccer variety), football (the American variety), tennis, Formula 1 racing or chess?
It would be golf.
9. If you had the chance, would you go to the moon?
I don't think so. I don't think I could stand how long it would take.
10. Do you own your (adopted) country's flag and do you fly it?
I just have little ones, I do not own a big one. Well actually we do have the American Flag from my father-in-law when he passed for his years of service to our country. So the little ones I put out for the 4th of Jul.
So I hope you enjoyed this. Play along, don't play along but make sure you have a great day!

Your book thing reminds me that I used to buy clothes and seldom wear them. I still have at least 1/3 of my wardrobe with tags on it and I haven't bought anything in 3 years.
Congrats on your awards!
Your sports answer made me giggle... and I believe I am the biggest sour cream and cheese fan!! ;0)
You are like an onion. Peeling layer after layer. It's fun getting to know you through posts like this.
I like you even better each time I visit.
Congratulations. I watch movies over and over too.
Hope all is going well with you.
They make a Smart Balance sour cream now that packs the Omega-3's.
Oh, and if you just tell the telemarketers to take you off the list, they are NOT (by law) allowed to call you back. Hubby told me that after working in telemarketing for a few weeks. He hated it.
Congrats out to ya! The telemarketer question had me remembering an old Jerry Seinfeld episode where he asks them for their number so he could call them back.
Hope you are having fun in Florida!
Funny about the book buying. I think my weakness is craft supplies. I see something Im going to make and then I don't get around to it!
Congratulations on your award and I loved hearing more about your life and interests.
Love and Hugs ~ Kat
congrats on your awards!
and hubs has a christian fish tattoo on his shoulder blade.. pretty cool! altogether he has about 9 or 10 tattoos.. me, so far: NONE! i'm a fraidy cat!!!!
I don't like being overweight either, but I am not willing to work to do anything about it.... oh well!
I really should get pedicures. I think I'll start making that a regular occurrence in my life. My tootsies need the attention.
I enjoyed reading the 10 things about you and the answers to your friend's questions. Can't beat the weather here indeed! I hope you find a church; I know it is hard sometimes to find one; I really enjoy worshiping with others and hearing the sermon, but I'm not very social so we always pick large ones where I can just sort of blend in, LOL. I had to laugh about your sour cream and cheese; my son's ex girlfriend (they just broke up recently) loved sour cream and cheese; they were constant staples here when she lived with us for six months (long story but he slept on couch during those 6 months; she basically got kicked out of her home, nowhere to go)
(glad to hear your dad is going good this week :)
betty
Debby, Congratulations on your award. I totally agree with # 1. Blessings,
You know I have never had a pedicure? Or a manicure, for that matter. Or had anything waxed. There's a whole world of those experiences I've avoided.
I love your magical power ... to heal broken hearts. That's perfect!
hehe I have so many clothes that I bought with out trying on because I so will fit in it .. hehe
