Questions:
1. What are your New Year's Eve plans?
We always stay home on New Year's Eve, watch a movie, eat some snacks, watch the New Year's Eve shows closer to midnight and have a toast with champagne. Something that I do which is a tradition that started with my grandparents is that you put dimes on a window sill outside for each person to bring them luck in the New Year. I put nickels out for the dogs however I do not follow their tradition of eating pickled herring!
2. How tall are you?
Well I have always been 5'2" but I think I may already be shrinking, at least I look that way in family pictures.
3. What is your favorite pudding flavor?
I don't eat a lot of pudding but I would have to say butterscotch.
4. What room of the house do you blog the most in?
My office. It's the exercise room off of the master bedroom. I never get any exercise in there! I have a desk, sofa, chair and a nice 50" TV. There is a glider in the room but it just collects dust!
5. What is your best physical feature?
I don't really see one anymore. It use to be my eyes, they have always been really big but since my face is heavier they don't stand out much anymore.
Happy New Year to everyone. May 2011 bring you many blessings from God.

I like what you do on New Years Eve. Sounds really nice. I never heard of the dime thing. That sounds fun.
I like your answers . I never heard of the dime idea. Sounds very interesting. I love your New Years eve. We just stay home too. Safer that way.
Happy New Year :)
I like your answers.
We don't have much of a place to put dimes by our windows. They'd probably fall off.
I think I'll join in today :)
Happy New Year Debby.
Hope you had a very Merry Christmas!! I love the Meet me Mondays!! Let me get to know you a little more!!
Nice answers. I love the way you are spending New Year's Eve. I have never heard of putting dimes on the windowsills. I am sooo doing that this time around. I don't do much pudding, but I like a good tapioca or rice pudding when I get the chance. After the New Year's celebration, I will be hitting the good eating habit trail. Oh how I dread it! No pudding after that. It was awesome dropping by. Hope you have a fabulous week and a very Happy New Year.
Kelly :)

Debby sounds very interesting for New Years. Hmmmm......
YUM butterscotch :).
You're SMILE & Heart :)
Heck, I'm only 40 and have already shrunk an inch :-/
What a great idea for the dimes on the windowsill, where did your grandparents get that tradition do you know? I may have to adopt it!
Quite NY's eve planned here too, just hubby and I (and the doggies). We're going to attempt to make ourselves some sushi, LOL!
Never heard of the dimes thing before...I like it! It's easy and I don't have to cook them!
Chocolate...always chocolate!
We usually gather with friends, but this year, they will be away visiting their mom who is ill.
We will probably catch up on some movies we haven't seen and then, as always, pray in the new year.
It just feels really good.
I like to laugh and smile...so I guess my smile is my best feature...I'm blogging to you right now from my office/den!
It sounds like your NYE will be wonderful! Thanks for the smiles!
xo
Butterscotch is definitely a delicious flavour for pudding!
I've never heard of placing coins on a window ledge for New Years. I hope it brings you luck :)
I'm with you I'd pass on the pickled herrings. It sounds too much like rollmops to me.
Have a great week & Happy New Year!
I never heard of putting dimes on the window ledges.
And I'm with you on #2. I've always been 5' 2" ... but I don't think I am any more! :-o
Blessings!
My grandpa used to always have herring too- I can't stand it, but I miss that it isn't around anymore. BTW- I bet those eyes or yours are beautiful. My mom teases herself- she has beautiful blues but she says they are sagging- we are going to go get plastic surgery together- she's going to get her eye's done and I'll get my tummy tuck! (Andrew was 6'11 and Joe was 6 so I was HUGE and also having a 5'2" frame, you can imagine...)
Hugs-
L
