Beverly over at The Beverly Buzz Ramblings of a Self-Proclaimed Queen Bee (Sounds like me!) gave me this awesome award. Thank you so much Beverly. Go over and meet Beverly for yourself and read her seven things about herself.
Rules for accepting this award:
Thank the person who gave you the award and link back to them in your post.
Tell us seven things about yourself.
As you know by now I do not pass my awards on because it just stresses me out.
Feel free to take it and put it on your blog.
You all mean the world to me :)
- I have an older brother and sister so I am the baby in the family at 59!
- I a 100% Bohemian. Bohemian as a nationality would probably appear in some old records as that is what people from that area were once called. Today they are no longer called that since today it's part of the Czech Republic, but I still say I'm Bohemian.
- My grandmother always told me to stay close to her or the Gypsies would get me!
- I refuse to be a Virgo when I have been a Libra my whole life.
- I use to be able to handle several balls in the air, so to speak, but I can't anymore. Now I'm lucky to handle one at a time.
- I lost my Social Security card about 35 years ago and haven't needed one until now. (story to come soon)
- I also do not have a original birth certificate from the county I was born in. I only have the cute paper copy that the hospitals use to give out with our footprints on them. I don't know how I got by all these years without these items.

Bohemian definitely sounds better than Czech! It sounds a lot more happy-go-lucky!
Congratulations on your award! Good thing you stayed close to your grandmother!
Congratulations... from one true Libra to another!
Congrats on the awards, I don't pass them on anymore either. I am refusing to give up being a Gemini as well. That's my excuse when my crazy side comes out lol. My twin is Nicki, and she is not nice at all! Have a great weekend:)
Congrats on your award...and your Granmother really said that to you! Oh my!
Gosh, what a tease, I just want to know more :)
Every time you get an award, I learn something new about you. Now you have me interested in your SS card story! I hope it's a good story, although I have a feeling it's not...
can't wait to hear the story about the social security card… somehow i bet that sketchy birth certificate has something to do with it?
where were you born? just curious!
you've got us hanging...
I see so many blogs with women saying they are Bohemian. I guess now from reading what you wrote I am also. hmmmmmmmm
Im a Virgo so you must stay a Virgo. heeeeheeeeee
i had no idea that you were born in another country. that's so cool.
I read somewhere that our signs aren't really changing. Dumb if they did.
I always wanted to be a gypsy....I wouldn't have taken anyone, though.
Thank goodness I can stay a Leo! I would refuse to change, too!
Loved the comment about the gypsies! That's funny!
My husband is 100 percent Hungarian and has been teased about being a gypsy...which he is not!
Congratulations on your Award...you my friend deserve everyone of them!
can't wait to read the story that will follow.....
This was fun to read. I was also given that award but I tend to blab every little thing about my life so coming up with some previously unknown info is going to be challenging : )
Have a nice weekend! Getting a new SS card is a bit of a pain...at least it was for my daughter!
Congrats on your award, Debby. I always learn something new about you. I did not know you are a Behemian until now. I am older than you...Christine
Congrats on your award.. You rock.. I love your answers.. I learned more about you.. Have a great weekend..
After reading your post I just had to go check.....AND I'M NOT A LIBRA ANYMORE EITHER!!! I have a problem with that.....I've been a Libra for what I'm sure is over half of my life and I ain't changing now!!!
Looking forward to reading your new post- and I can't believe that about the signs either- I'm not a capricorn anymore- but I don't remember what I am supposed to be now... in my mind I'm stayin' a capricorn!
Hugs-
L
OK, I think that is just the coolest that you are an honest to goodness Bohemian!
Have a great weekend!

I'm a 3rd generation Bohemian! (My maternal grandfather was 1st generation)
OS had to get a new SS card after his got stolen out of his car (even though I told him not to keep it in his wallet). If you look on the SS website, it tells you that you don't need one as long as you know the number, but his employer said they had to have one.
congrats on ur award! didnt know u werent born here ..thats awesome and interesting!
cant wait for the story!
Hi Debby,
Congratulations to you!
I am the baby of my family, much younger than the rest, and I'm the only one with a headful of gray hair.
I'm lucky to handle one ball in the air at a time. When I was younger I could remember just about everything. I rarely used a pocket calendar and could make appointments without one. I still don't use a pocket calendar, but must keep track of those little appointment cards. A pocket calendar would probably help.
I wanted to let you know I have a giveaway on my review blog.

Congrats on your award!!
A true Bohemian, how cool. I can't believe you haven't needed your SS card or Birth Certificate - gosh, I've needed them to renew my drivers license a few times.

Congratulations, you versatile blogger, you!!!
