...that and my fast Internet. The USB port/Verizon connection that I rent works really well but is definitely slower then my house connection.
I am having a wonderful time here in Florida, I have some things to tell you and some pictures to share but haven't had any time.
I am trying to stay up into the wee hours to read some posts tonight while the house is quiet but the slow connection this evening is getting the best of me. I hope to be around to visit with all of you soon. (FYI: I have now been here for 8 nights. Because I haven't been able to read much yet I want you to know that I will most likely only read your latest post in order to clear my reader. I hate doing it that way but I am still reading posts from the 16th)

Oh I hate it when the connection is slow! I'd rather not have any connection than a slow one.

Isn't it amazing how a slow connection can so thoroughly frustrate a person. I also find it funny that 20 years ago I would have never even cared about it as much as I do today.. lol..
Remember when we didn't have a connection at all? We have just gotten to use to the internet. Glad you are having fun.

Hey Debby, glad to see you are down in FLA. visiting your dad I would assume. Hope he is doing well. Since I haven't been in bloggyville for so long, love your new header on your blog. Have a great time and hang in there with the slow internet service. That was my problem when I was gone too. It just means you are supposed to do other things other than computer stuff!!

My internet was down today so I know how frustrating it is to even have it be slow! Glad you're having a good time and can't wait to see pictures!
I don't like slow internet connections but then, I remember what it was like being on dial up and I feel grateful.
Its amazing how spoiled we get with good internet connections and how we can't function (at least that is how I feel) when they are slow. Enjoy FL!

I cleared my Google Reader a few days ago. I added up all of the unread posts from my favorites and from my "sometimes" and it was nearly 5000 posts. I cleared the bin and I felt like I could officially start from scratch instead of always feeling like I needed to catch up. I know what you mean :) It's hard to read and comment on blogs when there's a slow connection. Gosh, all of the photos that I post can take ages to load! Sorry honey :)
